I also experienced the same thing as you, I was very sad because I was too greedy by waiting too long and not taking that opportunity, instead I thought prices would continue to rise, even the price was decreasing, it was too late to do cutlose dude, all you have to do is holding it, it is the best choice

I don't know what have you thinking when you invested in ponzi scheme, why don't you share more informations about them, why don't you wrote their name, site informations, names of owners if you know. With that you can help others to not fall in same trap.
Who ever bought on top should be prepared on waiting, don't cut loses, don't sell for anything, store them in a safe wallet and keep them for a while, like couple years more or less. Don't sell when price cone back to 20k dollars, it can grow more than that so keep your bitcoins that you bought and wait for that rise. You already know what is regret so don't come in situation to regret again and feel that one more time, don't make wrong decisions one time.

I feel sorry for what happened to you. You must take a lesson from what just did happen to you. If you don't want to get more losses, just hold your bitcoin for long-term until the price high more than you bought before or sell it when it nearly your buy price so you just lose not too much. I feel sad for your lost with those ponzi scams and I can't imagine on how careless you were for investing more than 1 bitcoin to those scams last year though the price was lower at this point.

You are asking if you are regretting your action? only you can answer that but if you are at loss today, don't be discouraged but just hold it.

but you won't know when it's time for bitcoin to rise. it's better to sell now and buy more cheaper, hoping you get a profit every day than you wait for something uncertain.

You are not the only one who invested at 20k, it's  sad but don't  desperate. Market  will  recover  at some point. Even if it's  hard to predict  when a bullish or bearish market takes place (usually we find out this a bit late), if you are patient and keep holding your btc I'm sure that ATH price will be exceeded one day.

The issue of ponzi and scam was  a big issue as a lot of persons lost their funds and btc.. It's a pity you have been facing some downturn in the crypto world. But now, unlike the ponzi era, you still have some btc left so you just have to wait to get something out of it. This may take a long time though giving the time you bought at $20000,but it will still pay to wait.

One has to move ahead in life and should be considering that as price has fallen so you are getting the same expensive stuff at discounted rate and should be buying more. As you believe in bitcoin future the price will rise and then you will be making money through this buying at dip and selling when it reaches your target.
