That part of the trials, And if you do not make this lesson to be more durable then you will not succeed in your dreams. So we should learn our mistakes so that if it happens again we know what to do. Be patient, diligent and persevering because this is the key to success,

I got into the bitcoin again last year after losing all my 4.5 bitcoins to ponzi schemes early last year. I bought in bitcoin again at $20k. Now bitcoin is $6k+.  I'm regretting my actions.  Huh

Do not regret yet until you finally sold all your coins, you can cut your losses but do not totally sell all your coins, because you would want to buy those again when it 30 k to 50k the fight for massive adoption and the target price is still continuing we are still in the middle of the game so keep the faith.

You just need to be patient and not be too hasty to take action with things that you have done in the future. Bitcoin is indeed experiencing a very bad decline but it doesn't rule out the possibility of going back up.

Because of bitcoin's price being unstable and unpredictable. Feel sorry for you brother, its ok, we all just want to become rich, i suggest to you bro, just hold it and wait for the right time to sell it, i swear to you it will be worth it this time just have patience.

to buy and start investing in bitcoin then you must be able to analyze the market well, buy when the market goes down and you have made a mistake which is buying at high prices so that now you may have to hold the bitcoin you have to avoid losses, learn from your mistakes

In cryto you lose only when/if you sell. Otherwise, price is just the trand of the market: bullish or bearish.

4.5 Btc is a lot of money. Hiwever, if you are patient, you might see your investments back one day, or even see some profit. What's for sure is that you went shopping during a bullish market and you're about to sell at 6k.

Why would you do this? Cryto is cyclic, just wait for next bull run and sell then, if you really don't think Bitcoin has a chance to become better than it's today.

If you still hold it till right now, i think you should forget your investment and comeback again in 5 years to collect your profit.
Or even more better, you invest more money that you can afford to lose and take them as a charity money Cheesy

The market situation was not very good. That's why you have to face this problem. But you are very brave. The ability to take these risks will raise you a lot, so do not be frustrated.

Hold the Bitcoin for another two years because currently we cannot able to expect how much the price of Bitcoin will reach. If you have more money now it is the right time to buy as many coins as possible because once the price starts increasing we can easily make more money with your investment.

With the current market situation, I thought if 2019 would be any better for bitcoin and the crypto-world in general. We only hope for a better market. But the question still remains. Is Holding healthy for the crypto community?  Huh

I feel bad for you, maybe that will be the worst decision you will ever made in your entire life. We have this saying all over the cryptocurrency world that you should "Buy low and sell high". You probably did the exact opposite.  What you can do is to just hodl and wait, do not sell it yet. Be patient and believe in bitcoin.
