I admit it is difficult, but the best choice is to be patient to hold it, because if you feel hopeless and choose to sell then you will experience a big loss. Bitcoin did have a big accident and made the price fall low, but bitcoin will be able to get up and get a better value.

Well you should always think about what to do when you buy something in the preiod of time, when this is getting hyped as hell, you bought a hyped coin others were selling it and thats the result, next time it is better to follow the market not your emotions.

This is a classic example of how not to. I have a huge number of friends who bought bitcoin at the highest positions and lost a very huge capital in just a few days. And even all my talk that it had to be done at least a month ago they were not stopped. This is what happens when you are guided by emotions, not analytical thinking.

this is the risk of playing with cryptocurrency, no one can guarantee BTC will continue to rise in price, so we all should not be easily consumed with the advice to buy BTC
enough when we really need BTC alone for personal use, if we buy only for trading, then the risk is a price that does not necessarily make our assets shrink

It sometimes really hard to understand this situation but you shouldn't regret your investment. Since when you were investing BTC was at $20K alone should give you hope that its capable of getting there too. All you need is patience.

I think buying BTC during the bull period last year is still a blessing compare to buying ALTS at that same period because almost all alts have gone 1/10th if the ATH price including ETH. BTC as a low volatile coin still promises some returns in the nearest coming time.
Please be patient, guys, I hope everything is beautiful in time. All investments have a risk, but we have to choose a bigger mentality if there are free funds. The price of bitcoin and altcoin for now is so low if we backup and be patient, we will certainly benefit

I got into the bitcoin again last year after losing all my 4.5 bitcoins to ponzi schemes early last year. I bought in bitcoin again at $20k. Now bitcoin is $6k+.  I'm regretting my actions.  Huh
For me you can still come up with the money you lose, it is normal that a lot of people is making some mistakes here in crypto world but the important thing we really need is to learn from our mistakes to get more better and to make a good decision next time.

I feel sad for you but I don't think you should regret your actions.  I will say that it was just a bad investment. I will advise that before you go into any kind of investment whether cryptocurrency or not, please first to know the previous and current trends of that investment. This will give you some kinda knowledge about the investment before you invest.

Sorry for your lose mistakes is part of our lives, i think you didn't learn a out your action and decision before you can invest during the price is too expensive of you can't anticipate the surprise price dropping.

It's okay mate you can learn your mistake to avoid again this happen from you, and do not sell your coins until the price are not bouncing again be cool and be patience surely the price raise again soon.

It’s so hard to earn money so everyone should appreciate what they have. Making an investment is not a game or it’s not a simple thing. So i don’t understand why you bought btc at $ 20k. Anyway. Don’t be upset. Don’t make a wrong move and hodl your bitcoin.

Indeed, we can recover our losses by trade that bitcoin with other prospect altcoin. Most altcoin price drop againts bitcoin and i think if want to recover that loss, i think trade it if having trading knowledge
As for me if I have bought higher price and the current is too much lower then one best way to have better output is to hold and wait another rise to be equally or close to our buying price to avoid to much loses or maybe we can do trading buy shifting our holding to the promising altcoin and gain little by little profit until the ROI was meet.

You should be more careful with your investments. Don't invest and hope you are going to get rich overnight in ponzi schemes or stuff like that. Research the market before any bitcoin or fiat investment.

You should really regret this kind of action. You must know what is really going om to the market for you to know what steps to take or what actions to do. It is not enough that you know something. You need to also understand it for your own sake. You meed to learn from your mistake. Asde from this understand the market too. This is not the market fault but yours.

So, did he make a mistake? If then, what a mistake? what he did isn't wrong, he only invests for the long term, and it is likely that in the next few months the investment will reach one year. And if the price still stays at $ 10,000, it doesn't hurt to keep holding and waiting to go up again. Keep remember, the amount of bitcoin that it has does not decrease and the reduced value is only the value of bitcoin.

Its not a mistake to hodl a bitcoin and even you say that you loose , it is still normal and its part of every game . what import is that you can still gain experience and that can build up your skillls so that next time you try again , you can now increase your chances of winning .

20k is not the highest value that bitcoin can get , so dont be sad dude because you can still be ableto make  over 20k if you are only willing to wait for a longer time .

You purchased the coins less than 12 months back. So I guess you won't be having any issues in holding them for another 2-3 years. Because the normal time period or duration for an investment is around 3 years (even larger for assets such as bullion and real estate).

Bitcoin touches it's all time high value i.e near about $20k last year.I think you acted like a noob.Investing at such high price was merely a foolishness. You must have waited for a dip or a correction. Now the only solution for you is to wait for the  price to rise again to that height or near to that.By this you will be able to reduce the amount of loss or may be you get back atleast what you have invested.
