This is sick, you get caught in the big FUD, but you should have know better to buy at such a big price, the rise was just vertical and any research would have made you doubt this decision.

Owhs:( It is very bad to hear.. First of all you got scammed in first place and with 3 BTC and i believe that you tried to cover it and invested the Bitcoin again from $20.000.. It was fast acting but i could do just the same. For my opinion the Bitcoin will never reach $20.000 in 2 years, but maybe after that? And if you want to risk/invest more you can try some altcoins or ICO'S.. Good luck to you.

Sorry to hear you, you were in loss from both sides. Right now if you have some bitcoin then I will suggest you to never sell your coins almost three times down rate, you have to hold to reduce your loss.
Even you can make profit, but for that you have to hold for long period.
