2017's  crypto rally was just a bubble. In which everybody thought that bitcoin was being bought by thinking that it would go higher than this level. Bitcoin went on to increase but when people began to book profits, people got trapped after purchasing at the top level. the best thing that you must do for now is to hold it until the price reach your desire amount it will take time but you wont lose a huge amount of your investment. you should be patience.

I feel for you. However, yiu probably didnt heed the very obvious signs all around. I warned all around me of an impending correction. If you don't have the mind for a loss, just take your eyes and mind away from that investment until the next bull run. Hopefully soon

Don't blame your self because of you buy in high price and didn't know that bitcoin will go down in 6k price. It's not your fault and you don't have anything to do but to hold it until we see bitcoin in high price again.
