I got into the bitcoin again last year after losing all my 4.5 bitcoins to ponzi schemes early last year. I bought in bitcoin again at $20k. Now bitcoin is $6k+.  I'm regretting my actions.  

That’s sad to hear, maybe you should just keep whats left in you then sell it after a year or two. Next time you should consult someone who knew better in crypto space or do some reasearch before buying crypto. Well its not over yet until you sold your holdings, just have faith and sure positive things will come again in crypto.

There is nothing to do when your investment fall down but keep holding strongly. Sad on your part because you lose big amount, but you can survive it. Keep what left on you, that maybe have good price again. There is someone whom experienced like yours because you believe for it to rise after that, but it reversed. Do not lose hope, in every fall there will be rise after that. Wait for it patiently.
