So, 8000 Crimean Tatars out of 250000 decided to move to Ukraine. No on was forcing them, it's their choice. The remaining 2.1 million people in Crimea are happy to have finally reunited with Russia.

There are tens of thousands of Ukrainian citizens who are living as refugees in Crimea right now. Some of them recently fled the forced mobilization and draft announced by Poroshenko.

This is a classic reason why we need Bitcoin without any foreign government regulation.
Imagine if the US controlled Bitcoin, these poor people in Crimea would have been cut-off to
serve the USA's geopolitical ideal. Maybe if the US and EU sanctions Russian from the swift banking system perhaps they could use Bitcoin?

The swift banking system works in both directions. Europe can't just cut off Russia from it and continue to trade with it as if nothing has happened. But if for some miracle all trade is gone one day, then there will be no need for bank transfers in the first place, i.e. no use for swift.

18th of March, the anniversary of Crimea's and Sevastopol's reunification with Russia as been made into a public holiday in Sevastopol, by the decision of the city council. I think there will be spectacular celebrations on that date (unless NATO starts a war by the "exercises").
