It depends on location. From -6 ... +10 at southern part to -20 ... -30 at northern part. But the temperature isn't a point, humidity is more important in this case. In Siberia, the air is usually drier, so low temperatures are more easily tolerated.

Not that I heard of. There is that law prohibiting gay propaganda to children (and gay parades fall under that category, as there can be children present, observing the circus), the one that drew so much wrath in Europe.

The Crimean issue has been settled. Crimea has been merged with Russia, and Ukraine has evacuated its military personal (at least those who haven't defected) and other government staff. Is there anything more to discuss about Crimea?
