You are speaking of Onishenko and his prohibitions. While it is true that he was well-aligned with where the political wind was blowing, and was always ready to pull forth the "correct" products, his grounds for forbidding certain products were always well-founded and documented.
Russia papers noted this trend on several occasions, wondering how many products with equally harmful components slip through the control because the are from the friendly producers. So you see the same concern was voiced in Russia, only with the different sign - more products should have been blocked from entering Russian market.

But Mark Galeotti, a professor at New York University and an expert on organized crime in the former Soviet Union, says Aksyonov has been dogged by allegations that he has longtime links to Crimea's underworld. Not good. However, if you dig deep enough everyone at the top tier has some of connections. Klichko, for example started in the criminal underworld of Ukraine - and now, he is a respected mayor of Kiev.

The Ukrainian National Guard has announced their intention to form a Crimean Tatar-only battalion, called Krim. There are not many Tatars living outside Crimea, so their intentions are clear. The question is whether the authorities in the Crimean Federal District will allow this or not.

This is telling! Look at the number from Crimea (and Novorossia). East, west Ukraine at odds over country’s future – Gallup pollhttp://rt.com/news/164076-ukraine-poll-east-west/ “Crimeans are far more unified in their view that the US has played a negative (76.2 percent) rather than a positive (2.8 percent) role,” according to Gallup.
Meanwhile, 82.8 percent of Crimean people who took part in the referendum say that it was legitimate, adds the poll. And this:

It's not like that entirely true.. they haven't forced them they asked for a delay. They voted no before a final answer from the FIFA to shift the blame afterwards. Typical However, a Russian Football Union conference voted to put off a decision, citing requests from FIFA and UEFA for a delay. ''There are no chances whatsoever for the Crimean clubs to make the start of the Russian championship,'' Vyacheslav Koloskov, honorary president of the union and a former FIFA vice president, told local media. On Friday, the Football Federation of Ukraine said it remained opposed to Russian control of Crimean football teams and would pursue the issue with FIFA and UEFA.

Hmm... I don't know how it can slide further downhill after having been sliding downhill for the last 20+ years. I'll chalk it up to wishful thinking.

There are large-scale plans for infrastructural development in Crimea: http://www.rg.ru/2014/05/15/reg-kfo/shema.htmlAmong other things, there will be a new railway route between Kerch and Simferopol. What is also very welcome, are the plans to connect Simferopol airport with the city by a railway shuttle, and build a new terminal for the Simferopol airport. Anyone who traveleld to Crimea by air know of the scenic and tedious 30-40-minute ride by trolleybus (built in late 80s), travelling at an average speed of 20 kmph if one wants to taka public transport from the airport to the city.
The dam that Ukraine built to block water flow to Crimea and to provoke a humanitarian disaster there, didn't handle the pressure an burst, so the water is flowing into Crimea once again: http://rusvesna.su/news/1403523867
EU boycotts Crimea: EU Council bans imports from CrimeaThe EU Council has decided to ban the import of goods from Crimea to the European Union, Itar-Tass quoted Foreign Minister of Lithuania Linas Linkevicius as saying. In particular, the EU plans to ban the import of wine and other goods from Crimea in connection with sanctions against Russia. Crimean wines were not delivered to the EU. Earlier, the source from the European Commission said that the EU had no plans to fully ban goods from Crimea. http://rt.com/news/line/2014-06-23/#64560

And what does that link of the Western hate propaganda against Sochi in particular and Olympics in Russia in general have anything to do with Crimea? Sochi, which is a regular seaside city got a fair share of investments, besides new events are organised there also after Olympics.

At least Russian propaganda aims to make everyone happy, not hateful
