Do you want to see a better government crypto or a better people's crypto???
Better people's crypto That would be my 1st choice ... if I had not been shaken out so much in past few years that have such a grudge and would require April being pumpalicious month I believe it will be. Not being paid to mess with crypto and if anything, need funding to make things happen ... or get a £50k+ job making crypto whales suffer and pay taxes???  |

Oh well ... nothing ventured ... nothing gained. Going to the interview anyway. The ladies sure like a famous company name on the business card. I fondly remember carrying my KPMG cards and showing off ... when it needed an extra kick Here is a little story that has come around again it seems: - In 2003, was offered a choice: Join KPMG as an accountant ... or join a startup that dealt with migrating databases for large companies. Learn IT while doing accounts for the startup. I went with KPMG because Accountancy is a trade that requires at least 10 years of exp to start being good. Was headhunted for KPMG Tax Technology Team, some geeks they had writing internal software could not handle accounts and the accountants were not geeks, I was supposed to be the bridge. Until the 2007 financial crisis, when I left. Mid-2007 The startup went on to sell itself for £200million ... of which as one of the early employees I would have had £1-2 mil in shares.
I was young and clearly foolish. Now ... PWC is working on UK Government blockchain, which sounds a lot more fun than writing tax software  On the other hand, crypto could use my full time dedication. We shall let the masses decide on coinfest UK - April 8th & 9th 2016 http://coinfestuk.org/ |

This is why crypto suits me. When one misses a dozen of those once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, starts to get a bit tedious. Reading BTC whitepaper in 2008 and being pre-occupied with rebuilding career over the next 5 years post crysis is one of those dumbass things. CoinFest tomorrow .. yeii. Going to be knackered before I get there, full time work sucks ... until June that is |

This is why I was planning on being in Manchester last night and staying in a hotel ... could have stayed in Hilton for £115  |

Things went rather well. Met some nice folks, had some laughs ... learned a thing or two. Even got to jog some memories of EMC2, "oohh yeahh .. I remember that from 2014, "funding science" .. " .. was the typical reaction. So ... here is my swag bag emptied ...  And of course, the only banner with EMC2 logo on it ... and the only picture that won't load up .. so here is a screenshot of the thumbnail of the banner with EMC2 on it ..  ohh .. maybe I ought to mention that there were pro photographers around, so this is not the only picture of the event .. just throwing it out there .. hehe |

What next after the coinfest ?
Made some friends at coinfest and they can all see I am serious about crypto. I am also serious about making EMC2 a platform for exchange of science and educational ideas. Membership will be paid in EMC2, which will be distributed to teachers to hand out to kids and students. Not going to lie and say it's almost done. It ain't even started really. Real technical development will start in June, I can promise you that. Until then, I am looking for people who don't mind buying a bit of coin to hold for the long run. |

Wish me good fortune ... for this week is turning out to be ... of significance. Always wanted 10mil EMC2, got to 8.1mil .. then gave away 1.2mil, on top of maybe 1mil over a year. This works out, I'm going for 100mil EMC2 and bringing people in. ... also .. shhhh ... don't tell anyone, but may just get access to a pro FX trading bot ... for those that remember April 2014, Black Coin pool used other coins to profit while paying out in BLK. Yeah ... going to use the entire market (apart from a few coins I like) to pay for EMC2 ... science research stuff into .. erm .. how much can a pro bot really beat the market. Will do experiment results and all. Coming soon. |
