well in my case if i see the spreadsheet isnt updated i ask the bounty manager to update it to see if the other  participants are doing thier job, cause its unfair if the manager will only update the spreadsheet when bounty has ended.

How can that be unfair to you? If manager has said since bounty started if he will be only update tge sheet once bounty ends, what's wrong with that? In the end you will get paid, because even if he updated the sheet weekly, you can't get paid in that week.

cause some managers are lazy to update the spreadsheet, and will only update on the last week of the campaign, and will give stakes without reviewing every participants work. How can the manager be so sure that every participants did thier weekly task.

But peoples in this forum says that these lazy managers are a good campaign managers in this forum. In trusted managers list still we can find good manager who handle everything on time.
But some of them are not handle it on time. I believe they made the money already.
Every manager has to update the spreadsheet on weekly basis to maintain their trust ratings.

I never heard these lazy managers are  good campaign manager. Yahoo62278 and Hhampuz always update their sheet weekly without any delay on it and those are good managers on here. If your stake aren't calculated weekly, you will never know how much stake you have got until now or at least you can maintain your weekly stake to able receive more coins when bounty ends

Most regulatory managers for campaign updates are usually done 1 day -1 week to give a time limit for hunters to check their work but there are also automatic updates usually for registration but hunter jobs will be counted every week,
if there is absolutely no update on the spreasheet, be aware of whether the project is experiencing obstacles or scam

Though a lot of issues in scams of bounty campaign and don't have any updates every week you must continue to participate until the exact date of the end because they are just observing and definitely they will able to manage that.

I always make sure that my weekly work is marked and appreciated. it is more just and encouraging to work on various campaign tasks.
if not I would rather move and choose an active and professional manager.

youre right on that ,being busy is not an excuse by a manager not to do thier job, those managers are hired to do update and check all the participants weekly task.

Generally, you have to wait patiently when participating in bounties because there are some lazy or busy managers.

If they are too lazy to update even only the spreadsheet, they should be give up for the job and let someone else to do their  job as campaign manager. There are few times CM can't update the sheet, but because of important reasons (they got sick,or still travelling) so the sheet will update in some days later (They should tell this to all of their participants before or when the payday)

Fully agree, stakes are allocated on a weekly basis, hence it's necessary that every participants has to know their status in the campaign in the weekly basis. With this, complains can be handled timely and the campaign would go smoothly.

i think its still fair  . ive encounter a manager before that he make a seperate spreadsheet or a private one and he supply all the data per week  .he will only publicitize it after bounty have been ended but he still warns the bounty participants so that they wont panic but others just cant avoid to panic because they thinks that they arent going to get paid for thier hardwork  .

Bounty manager had their own way to finish their work in the spreadsheet, there are some manager giving update weekly, every 2 weeks, and last some are after the bounty campaign is done something like that. But if there is no any update on it, you should be worry I guess.

Weekly updates is much more preferable rather than on seeing the spreadsheet be update with no specific time or worst in the end of the campaign.
All of these things does really depend on the manager itself on how they do handle it.Ive experienced on some of them do counts on the end of the duration of the campaign
but on most cases weekly basis updates where they do stick up.

Sometimes bounty manager can't handle lot of campaigns to check it once a day because it depends also how much participants going on to join a campaign but many of bounty managers are tired for checking some spreadsheet because the project is not worth enough to pay them.

Afaik managers are well-paid while they manage any bounty. Which one of manager you said is not well paid for being a campaign manager?
The more people join, higher pay they will get later

Do not work with such lazy managers that do not do their job on time. We have some established and reputed campaign manager in this forum ,try to join the campaign by these managers only. I am posting the link below for your reference:

Listen to this user. IT doesn't mean managers, not on the list are bad it just means these are the better ones to follow since they are most likely to follow better projects.

in fact the prize manager is required to regularly update the spreadsheet every week and it is quite important for bounty participants to see whether their work is accepted or not, so if there are participants who have done their work but do not get the right bet they can certainly fix their work for the next. but if there is a bounty manager who is lazy to update the spreadsheet, I better just leave it and look for another better bounty.

This proven even though you got stakes in every week, active manager, it will not guarantee you will ended up with getting paid

You should always check the bounty telegram group, ask the manager about your problem. if there is no response you can leave the campaign or wait for an official response from the management bounty. You must respect your time and ensure that your campaign is valued.
