That's good to be fair on how we think about potential decrease as part of fluctuations to happen. If there's a rejections, I think there's another ways for the development of bitcoin. If a sell off was going to occur after the delay, it would have occurred already. ETF being delayed to me is not really an excuse for the market not to do its thing, and if there would be bull run, we definitely will all see it come to reality with or without ETF.

By the way, I do not understand why people capitalize so much on SEC decision about ETF, when the market without ETF right from the beginning has been moving however it wants to move.

It just shows how much people are so ready to speculate anything that will just go on with the moment and this is why a lot of people make market decisions out of assumption and start blaming manipulators.

The announcement of the decision delay and date next year is something that will give second thoughts to those who are about to invest though. They could have just reject it and forget about it but they set a date which makes the investor think the price will eventually drop by next year when ETF month decision comes. Next rejection is waiting for us and then it will be announced by SEC as soon as possible. As far as i know about the fact that so many speculators are waiting for the next news from SEC that will come tomorrow. Still, no changes occur in the negative market situation but it won't change the fact that dumps are not permanent and there would always be possibilities for the market to recover. We jus have to wait and be patient with how the market behaves. Panic selling is what makes the situation even worse and to aleast lessen the negative scenario, we should avoid doing such thing but rather be firmed with holding.

I dont think being pumped is good. That is my personal opinion. If that happens, it just shows the market is still being manipulated and there are no real signs of development from the altcoins. I dont expect the whole market to be strong, I need slow but steady growth.

Bull run is not even something that happens immediately, maybe in a less matured markets like the alts though, but with the capitalization of btc, expecting a bull run when we are in a bear trend is actually a very high level of optimism as far as I am concerned.

I am not saying we could not end up seeing some short term uptrend, but I still believe the market is still in an indecisive state at the moment, and with the way bitcoin actually is, I would say there is still more room to go down than up. There may be less risk now, but that is based on the assumption that the bitcoin market would go as high as $20k by the end of the year, which is something I really would not count on.

I think we are still feeling the effects of the market crash that started in January. Look at the charts for the last 12 months, especially the BTC chart. Prices look like they are starting to stabilise now. When the markets are in turmoil it can be useful to look at how BTC is behaving.
BTC seems to have a hard minimum now at around $6k, so the signs are starting to gather that we may finally be able to exit the downward trend that has occupied all of 2018 so far.
Time will tell though, and obviously this is all guesswork.

I believed that the next great bull run will start this december and it will continue until the very first quarter of the next year and from there the value of some notable coins will continue to rise from day to day. Mostly of exchange sites have been doing it and you can try to check them all. they are creating their own stable token. But the determination of bitcoin will always affect the price of token or coin because they are all using it as the main pair. You should do a deep research about that dude.

November is coming but Ethereum is about 200 dollars (plus/minus several USD). I think that something extraordinary should happen on the market or the platform changes must be great to let ETH jump very high. Suppose, it will gain but not too much.

Looking at the market cap and on the progress of the cryptocurrencies I doubt that the bull run is going to come soon. Nevertheless, everything in the crypto world is unpredictable. Thus, it is difficult to foresee the events.

Yeah I agree, those herds are no where to see so there's not bull run that everyone is hoping for. And please stop comparing what happened to last year because its different now. People are very careful before they shell out their money and invest on something that has risk. So forgot about bull runs but be flexible and make adjustments on your investment/trading.

Every year situation might be not the same but due to market fluctuation, the prices will decrease. So we have to move according to the situation of the market and the price will start increasing in overnight but i don't see any bull run will happen in this year.

Most people rely and compared the crypto market situation last year that the bull run is commencing of the last month of the 4th quarter that is why many people expecting this coning december 2019, so holding is the right strategy to gain favorable profits.

They already made statement that for this year bull is still possible.

And since this is a speculative market, they are just doing a speculation so there's nothing wrong whether they will have an accurate result or none. There's nothing to lose on their part and its even an exposure to them for better opportunities. What I just want to say is this market is really unpredictable.

SEC delayed Bitcoin ETFs again, but nothing happened. Crypto market do not follow news like a year before. Crypto market is stable, 6000$ for one Bitcoin is probably the biggest support line in Bitcoin history! And that is very important that Bitcoin find a real value!

We should be more realistic, By seeing a normal market pump, many people start telling that this is the bull run or bull run is coming! It will be coming from the institutional investors, if there will be a refine regulation, they will be rushing to buy.
I even believe that they started buying already, they created FUD in order for the price to drop and they take advantage on the weak hands.
