On Aave DAI APY is currently 40%, USDT APY 2%.

Does this mean that in the sponsorship program it's 20 times better to have 1000 DAI than 1000 USDT?

Or is the ~60k JRT split equally between the 6 stablecoins? Or is it split based on USD deposited, rather than the yield?

Yes, that could only happen if the Jarvis Network continued to develop well and forged partnerships with several large projects. currently big exchanges are paying attention to DeFi tokens which have large transaction volumes and Jarvis is a DeFi project with good trading volumes, maybe in the future JRT tokens can be listed on Binance Exchange, OKEx or other big exchanges.
