Hi, any update about the POS problem? Im also not seeing any on my wallet and have coins older than 45 days Huh

We know about the issue and we are working on fix, which will be included in next wallet release. If testing goes well, it should be released next week.

Let's triple up the good news today.

Mi amiga Mrs. Mushi Yami, from Japan a.k.a. Crypto Land, is down with hempcoin. They are going to start opening e-commerce sites that accept credit card payments for THC (THC may be on hold until credit card payments have been confirmed) and installing machines that accept cash for THC instantly in Japan.

There is no solid timeline on this. It will be great though. Especially the e-commerce website. I am sure there are people all over the world who will want THC but have no idea how to do anything other than use a credit card.

I was talking to someone on the c-cex chatbox who has an amazing connection for hempcoin.

I would like to try to raise 500,000 coins to give to this persons connection. Trust me, if this is real we want them to be long term with us on hempcoin and have a large stake in it. This connection would instantly help a lot and more importantly futher support the coin by bringing in their connections to people such as hemp suppliers, distributors and farmers. This is the perfect chance for diversity in the people that own the coin. I think this is a key piece for the future of the coin.

I do not have a massive stake in hempcoin but I could donate 50,000 coins to this. Is there 10 other members who would be willing to also donate to this? If you are in. Just quote this message and say YES. This is a feeling out stage. If we get 10 people to say yes then we can move forward and mention 500,000 hempcoins for free next time they are in communication.

LOL. Just trust me because I say to!

Just been in initial contact with hemp goods importer to the uk with links to producers. A few good things maybe in the pipeline.

Private message this guy -> Minted

I doubt he wants to go public with the connections name yet. Ask nicely and he might tell you. He told me.

* This is just a feeling out period still. I wanted to see how much support there was in raising 500,000 to hopefully bring in a good connection like this. Someone not in the computer world but in the hemp business world. It would give Minted the ability to bring it up in conversation with the people.

YES, I am in for 100,000 but only if the company really is as good as you make it sound. 100,000 is a lot of coins. They have to be really good.

Total so far = 150,000

Someone told me today that they couldn't solo mine any hempcoin with their ASICs miner. 100mh/s running at 30 mins and no blocks. I think they said it was a GAW. This is something you should research before the next wallet release. Try to find out if there is a problem with the wallet and some asics miners. It sounds hard to test if you do not have a variety of asics though.

There's not much I can do about it, I don't have GAW miner to test it. If he could send me his debug.log, I could take a look, but maybe it's problem with wrong ASIC configuration.

I was trying to solo mine with my Zeus (same as GAW) and nothing, i dont know whats happening but it is not possible. And not only HempCoin but also many other coins. It is an asic miner problem i think because in many threads form scrypts coins there is always the same question with the same kind of asic miner (Zeus or GAW)

Thanks, same i have for pools but in the case of solo mine u dont use "stratum+tcp" but "http" and there is where i have the problem. When i use http the cgminer is always looking for a pool and end not connecting to anything. How did u solve this?

rpcpassword=pass

Are you sure? There are tens of people who are solo-mining and pools are "solo-mining" too.

But if you send me your debug.log and miner console output, I can take a look.

hempcoin.conf in %appdata%

rpcuser=hemp
rpcpassword=pass
gen=0
server=1
rpcallowip=*
rpcport=1255

Please, for your own good, don't use wildcard in "rpcallowip". You are allowing EVERYONE from internet and local network to connect to your RPC. Someone could easily stole all your THC. Better practice is to write IPs of machines you want to allow to connect. If you are only mining locally, you don't need to use "rpcallowip" at all.

Also, using gen=0 is pointless, because that's default.
