Many paid hunters after getting tokens they will sell all tokens. I think it's natural because they also need money for living expenses. And if a gift without a bounty hunter is not possible because the project cannot be maximized in attracting investors.

Without bounty hunters will not bounty, and if there is no bounty projects lose cheap advertising and public relations that adversely affect the fees. Bounty companies are very profitable for projects, so they continue.

The Bounty is equally beneficial between the organizer and the participants. now they are mutually beneficial because they happen to help each other. without participants, bounties cannot be held

how can they success their project if there are no bounty hunters to promote, you know bounty hunters are big help because they can gather investors to invest the ICO project.

No project will achieve it's bounty goals without bounty hunters.
Bounty hunters are often scammed after they do their job... this is done in many ways, not counting scam icos, when the ico fail, investors get their money back, but hunters get nothing in return of their work... the same when the project stalls for months (or forever) and hunters will never get a value back from their work.
Projects are often flooded by bots, hunters that don't take the job seriously, spammers trying to get some coins, etc...
It is understandable that both parties have issues ...
Projects need to understand that bounty hunters work is not free, and bounty hunters have to take the job seriously.
Escrow service, small eth rewards when ICO fail, etc... there would be a series of measures that could be started to tackle these problems...

I think they wouldn't have a huge publicity so the project would either fail or have a low number of investors,
Bounty hunters are the one who are promoting it they are the one who is advertising the project through the internet,
For me the biggest contributor of the project is the social media campaigns because there are so many people who are joining it and spreading it in their social media their friends and relative would be informed about the project.

Personally, I do not sell coins that I get for bounty. However, I do not condemn those hunters who do this. I now have a lot of coins in my wallet, such as hellbiz, bitnation, etc. Do you see what happened to them? And when they first entered the market, the price was very good. And now a penny

I have read many posts condemning the impatience of bounty hunters who sell off rewards as soon as it is received.
My question is, can bounties run and achieve success on their own without Hunters?

their project will run well too even without being campaigned by bounty hunters. I think the big influence of the gift project is on the products they spend so they can attract investors to sell their tokens. I think the bounty hunter is not as influential in carrying out his campaign.

It is very difficult for bounties to prospher without the hunters. They are responsible in doing the advertisement of the projects. They may also become one of the investors especially if they believe in the projects. Hunters for me is needed to let everyone knows the project.

I think that without bounty hunters everything would be several times more difficult. Now thanks to them we get a huge revenue and excellent advertising companies. And in any other scenario, it would be unprofitable

More people who know the project, are more likely to be interested in the project. The bounty campaign was one of the strategies to find investors and introduce to many people about their project, which done by bounty hunters. The more bounty hunters then the more chance the project can be successful. But if there's any other strategy than a bounty hunter, I don't know what's going on and how the new strategy is.

They probably pay much higher when they don't hire bounty hunters, when a project opens a bounty campaign many people would join and they are given their share base on the stakes they get, if they hired somebody they will need to give a fix price

I think it will be very difficult for projects to carry out promotions without using bounty campaigns or bounty hunters, this is because bounty hunters will find investors and introduce to many people that the project is already running, so bounty hunters will be needed for projects that are promoting

How can a bounty campaign be without bounty hunters? I think it's the projects without bounty campaigns you want to ask. There are many projects like this and they don't need bounty campaigns because they don't need advertising.

Bounties without bountyhunters?) Hm, I doubt this is possible)
If you mean ICOs without bounty campaigns - well, they can, but it's much more difficult to get popularity and made people speak about the project. Everybody needs advertising.
