Yes. Blockchain is moving for almost 2 years, mining is active (POW coin), currently collecting funds for another node and trying to get it on exchange since cryptsy ended trading.

I also sent Yobit a request already, but they tend to be quite slow (even if you pay). I send Crypto-games a mail to ask them to add it. We already have a faucet at multifaucet.tk (http://www.multifaucet.tk/index.php?faucet=HVC), but an extra one would be nice.

If we manage to get the funding for an extra node, we could also consider starting a new topic for heavycoin, so we are able to update the links etc.

It's unfortunate that there is no exchange, with new x11 asics show up, heavy algo could become interesting for gpu miners.

suggest coingather or alcurex ... about 0.25BTC gets a listing somewhere (maybe less)
rather spend the 0.25BTC for other seednodes (that give 3-4 nodes ... HVY = immortal)
then look for exchanges (but things are still known unknowns on reliable small cap coin markets since CRAPTSY)

It may have taken a little longer than usual to sync, but it synced. Don't forget to add the right node.
