Reason is HeavyCoin daemon(wallet) has no RPC interface to get/estimate nethashrate, so we won't fix this issue until keccak512 add this interface

Given that their miner count didn't drop that much, I guess there's one or a few miners with a lot of power that were mining at nonce, then dropped away.  If I had to guess, that would be 'gpools'.  They might come back (see also the earlier dip).
