Never have a trouble before but im still wating my withdrawal from 4 days ago.
SwC targets the 50th block for withdrawals and 2 weeks ago the mempool exploded. Some transactions remain unconfirmed. https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC,2w,weightSwC will introduce player-selects-fee option soon. Should i cancel my pending withdraw and do it the process again? I don't believe this is an option. SWC probably already sent the BTC. The fee attached to the transaction is just too low and this is resulting it the transaction not being confirmed. If you post the BTC address of the withdrawal, I can provide you with more information.

We are aware of the "Couldn't validate address" error upon withdrawal attempt, it is related to deposits-not-confirming issue. Will post when it is confirmed working, estimate few hours.

Does SwC is going to add new crypto currencies as deposit option to the site? I'm asking because it's beyond good and evil (sic!) to deposit through Bitcoin now. And on site is now only two options: Bitcoin and BCH (the things i don't have neither want to buy)
We have considered an option to offer a service to convert to other currencies during deposit and withdrawal, with play still in uBTC and uBCH. Would you play at SwC with this feature? I highly doubt more than 20% of you players have any holdings in shitcoins. The only solutions to your cashout problem is: 1) Consolidate SWC's smaller balances to a single address while the mempool is less congested. 2) Batch player withdrawals. I'm pretty sure every other gambling site does this and isn't concerned about the privacy issues. I can confirm 2, the last withdrawals I made from the largest site accepting coins had 23 and 55 outputs respectively.

At this time the hot wallet issue is still being addressed. Funds are safe. Deposits that have been lagging for days will begin to credit within the hour. We expect withdrawals and new deposit addresses to be functional within 12 hours. Apology freerolls will follow.

Developers pushed hot wallet fix. Deposit / Withdrawal functions appear to be working. Please email support if you are still experiencing an issue.
Apology freerolls will appear in lobby shortly.

Great work on the freerolls, maybe next time spread them out so the entire player base has a chance to play at least one instead of just the US? On at 3am, 6am and 9am on a work day here.

Even if you are always negative about SwC Poker we will still service you and every player with kindness and continue building our site stronger. Say the date and time (UTC) that you want a freeroll, make it >48 hours in future, and we will name it Kalaea freeroll with 5,000 chips prizepool.

1pm UTC Saturday would be great, Thank you. Please consider spreading the current times out a bit as well. Also, have you considered running some with BCH prizepools to raise interest in BCH?

Three weeks on my withdrawal coming up.....
It now has multiple confirmations. SwC targets 50th block for all withdrawals, average 9 hours for confirmation. Soon we will introduce player-selects-fee in withdrawal screen so players can choose to pay a bigger fee and receive cashouts faster.

How often are your tournaments running? I find that a lot of online games don't keep it up consistently. I've had bad experience with clubs not paying up or paying up late. I enjoy playing tournaments a lot more than regular games, I feel like once you go, you don't go back. Anyone else feel like that?

You can check the SwC tournament lobby and see tournaments running 24/7/365! Our withdrawal times average only a few hours for SwC to process. SwC targets the 50th block for withdrawals, which will average 9 hours to confirm. Soon we will introduce a player-selects-fee feature where players can select the fee if they wish to save money and wait longer or spend money and get confirmation faster. BCH deposits and withdrawals do not have this issue, deposits are confirmed almost instantly and withdrawals are almost always in the next block after SwC sends. If you do not wish to make a deposit, play our freerolls and test a small cashout if you win!

Hi SWC,
are you planning to transfer chips from BCH to BTC and vice versa? I think that would increase the volume of BCH at least a bit. And also I would like to see at least one BCH Tournament per week, which is not a freeroll. Thank you very much!
