Sampey, I never used the "Don't create ping with total < Than" option,  I'm thinking about it now but it's not clear to me, you set the number of coins here or the value ?

It is the minimum of the total value of the new ping order to be created.

Hi guys, working on CAT Very hard because XPM market is closed and minimum quantity is changed to an universal min quantity (0.00000010)

Hi all... just come across this and having a read up. All sounds very interesting.

I've been mining awhile but only now playing around with day trades so technically im pretty noob with it all. Got some questions if that's ok...

- Is C.A.T for intermediate/advanced users
- It appears this is something you need to interact with through the day... is there a web/mobile version for people who aren't at a local pc throughout the day
- Do you need to have a minimum volume of coins to really make it worthwhile for the cost of the software

You can use it with "basis" strategies setting only 1-2 parameters
Or you can study advanced strategies.

No Web Version/Mobile, but i don't know if there's a way to run a Java (.JAR) File on a mobile phone. Maybe yes....

There's no minimum volume, but if you have 5-10 BTC you can ROI in 1 day

Guys, try not to get too excited with % gains posted in the log files. You will see over time these results are only part of the story.

Only the gain calculation of End Portfolio BTC Balance minus Start Portfolio BTC Balance should be taken as evidence of how well you have done.

Off trading range orders (either bought too high or sold too low) and devaluation of markets will affect your actual profits massively.

Hi, original Action have a check with Best Buy Price and Best Sell Price. If % Difference between best Buy Price and Best Sell Price is >= % GAIN Ping was created.
With "Always try to create ping order", this check is removed.

This feature to help with markets such as LTC/BTC where the buy-sell spread is constantly very small - usually under your %min gain - which stops new Pings being placed for long periods. By bypassing the buy-sell spread check this allows for orders to be placed where you are confident you can still complete a trade at profit.

Sampey...a question on this option....even with it enabled, is there a still check in place to not place a trade where Sell < Buy ?

Juste a question : Is there a way to leave the "capital" in altcoin and receive the gain in BTC ?

I mean for example :

You have 100 000 DOGE initially. You don't want more DOGE, you just want to use CAT because this market is sideways.
Can you limit your "capital" with 100 000 DOGE ? It means total Pong orders don't excess 100 000 DOGE, and BTC are not "reinvested" to buy 102 000 DOGE cheaper and gains made just stay and accumulate in BTC.
