Sorry for the noob question but will this work on "btcmarkets.net" Ive seen bots trading on there.
No actually no. But i can implement in the future. With my new architecture i'm able to interface a site in less than 10 hours  |

It's funny isn't it.... Mintpal is talking about their API, explaining how to work with it.
I can see trades being made by bots on Mintpal.
But nowhere you can get your API-keys, not for V1 nor for V2.....I think that's a funny situation

Yes you must ask for key to the admins. (I went to IRC, i have opened ticket but no result, ticket open for 3 weeks)

Couple of requests Sampey  1. An option to remove orders from C.A.T. but leave the trades on the exchange. Reason : Sometimes with static trades, user might want to change the static parameters, but leave current trades in place to hopefully get executed in the future (with no losses). Currently the only way to do this is to close the market tab and re-initialise it (Close All Orders removes from C.A.T. AND Cryptsy). 2. Add another colour to market tab title to show when Never Buy/Sell Under/Over limits are in place. Reason : Easier to see at a glance which markets are being limited and might need adjustment. 3. When C.A.T. makes an initial order at a new price (where there are no existing orders), then another user or bot adds an order at the same price, on the next lookup, C.A.T. will move the order up 1 satoshi to make sure my order is the sole order at the top of the pile. There is actually no advantage in doing this - as we were the first to place an order at this price, we will get executed first anyway. It would be better if C.A.T. held the order at this price - and only increase it if it is beaten by a new order. Reason : Often we can start off with a good profit margin that gets decreased upon every lookup by C.A.T. increasing the bid without real reason. This decreases until you hit your min. gain. ....and how is the blade performing for you ? Have you got it set up yet? |

2 is difficult : Never buy/Sell is applied over a single order. So, if you have 2 order, and only 1 is in the never buy/sell condition, what i must do?
Really !? I thought all the Ping Pong Parameters were applied across all orders (past and current) ? If this is the case, we really need another column on the Current Ping/Pong/Trade from Ping sheets to see which parameters are applied to each order....otherwise its going to get very confusing ! |

Ping Pong parameters are applied accross al orders, but this doesnt means that all orders will have price to match the Never Sell/Buy condition. |

I'm selling my copy of C.A.T for cryptsy.
- I've used the program for several months and I'm quite happy about it however I don't have the time anymore to work with this program.
- Sampey has been nothing but great with his support, always listening to feedback and fast in his responses.

It is not a magical money making machine. However If you choose markets with steady swings and compute the average % swings, you put an entry point at the beginning of that swing and let the program do its work. This way the program will profit from these swings automatically. However due the volatile nature that is the crypto market, I do urge you to keep a close look to the markets in order to decide wether to increase or decrease your % gain or to exit the market. The reason I am selling my copy of the program is that I do not have the time anymore to study and keep an eye on the markets. |
