Hey sampey,
Does this bot work on Macs, or does this only work on windows?
Thanks
Of course, it's a Java program. It works on any operative system. You only need Java 8 installed

Hi, happy holidays
Would you say that this product is only useful for experienced traders?
As a newbie (willing to learn of course), do you think it's more likely to end up shooting myself in the foot? Should I wait and learn about trading first, and think about using a bot later?
Hi, CAT offers you a lot of parameters. You can start with a simple trading algorithm and then configure the advanced option. Usually users doesn't have difficulties to work with C.A.T. Thanks for the answer, i had the same question and would be nice to know that C.A.T. it's a flexible solution also for who is starting now with trading. With the new year i'll going to have a copy

You can use any amount you want, from 0.005 to X BTC, on 1 or X Market, form 1 to X Exchanges. I usually suggest to start with very little sum to understand how CAT works.

Hi there, happy 2016.
The bot does not work in HUOBI or Okcoin exchanges? Since they have nice volume and free of fees I would like to go for some micro tradings. Does the bot do a good job for micro tradings? I mean, I would like to start for example with 0.1 BTC, sell for USD for example... then re-buy for low and sell for more... even if it is to gain 0.0001 cents, but doing this lots of times will generate a profit in the end. Does that make sense?
Thanks

I will add Exchanges in the next releases (not in the 3.6 but probably in the 3.7) C.A.T. works the same way for micro trading and normal trading

May I clarify the infrastructure setup of CAT? So, I have a desktop that runs CAT, after setting trade rules, I have to leave my desktop turned on? Or is it a server <-> front end infrastructure whereby my desktop runs the front end GUI and it connects to a daemon (running on a server that I own), and I simply have to keep the server running?

It's a DESKTOP -> EXCHANGE. So you have to leave your dekstop turned on

Just to make sure: I want to consolidate all trades so I can experiment with other pairs. Have a number of them that all originated with a "buy for BTC"-ping. Will "Markets Global Action" - "Stop Ping Creation" suffice for all funds to gradually return to BTC when all necessary conditions have been met? Will trading effectively stop at that time? Thanks! Edit: that seems to be doing the trick Edit 2: Christmas Offer Will Last for 72 Hours More. Get your CAT copy with 25% Discount Buy it now, you won't regret it

If you stop the process CAT will stop check ANYTHING. this means that, on Exchange side, all orders will remain active until they will be 100% filled or deleted. So you have many possibilities : - You can stop and delete all orders - You can activate the RETURN TO BTC option and don't stop the process - you can delete some orders and let some others on the exchanges. - any other combination Buy it now, you won't regret it Thanks for support :-)

Hey guys!
I'm selling my C.A.T copy. Let me know if you're interested to buy it. We can use escrow if you want (not needed though, since Sampey can act as an escrow if anything happens)
Reason I sell my copy is that I have stopped trading cryptocurrencies. This is one of the best bots you'll come across. You need a few hours to get used to it.
What will you get:
C.A.T software. I haven't unlocked Yobit or C-CEX platforms, so you can unlock them.
I have purchased other exchange APIs in the past, but I am not willing to give API keys (My exchange accounts), which means you'll have to buy it from Sampey. (You'd do the same if you purchased from Sampey himself)
Price is BTC0.35
You can either send BTC to me directly, or we can get an escrow (Or even Sampey if he agrees to be the middle man)
Thanks for your time, and thanks to Sampey who let me post this message in his thread.

Of course, it's 100% JAVA, you can run everywhere. You only need JAVA 8 for your Operative system.

Hey Sampey!
Can you add a scatter feature? Like if I create an order for 1BTC at .002 ETH/BTC - it will create orders around .002 like - .5 btc at .00199999 and then .25 at .00199998 and then .25 at .0019997?
Thanks,
Hum..........i can't add this kind of "strange" features. To add a feature it must be something simple and understable by anyone. a shotgun feature huh? ... sounds interesting ... set a target price - and make a number of orders orders 'around' that target price ... for sells and buys ... sounds like an interesting concept sampey ... easy to implement i bet also ... set target price - set amount - set number of trades - set spread of trades ( in percentage maybe ) ... bang! ... ... #crysx Exactly, Sampey - this would actually save a lot of time. I really don't want to enter I several buy/sell orders b/c my orders are too large. For example, if I'm a whale (which I'm not), but say I wanted to dump 3,000 BTC. Listing this one transaction will have a huge effect on the market. My alternative is to waste time and list several transactions to reduce it's effect on the market or have a "shootgun" list - where say - sell 3,000 BTC for 430 USD - and then the program automatically pumps out 100 orders around 430 - averaging 430. It would would help traders in my opinion.

Probably i need to create al algorithm that is not a Ping-Pong, but something that works this way.
