CAT @Poloniex has been left alone a few days and it seems that it has been frozen at 2016-05-28 because all last timestamps are at this day

 - oddly enough the API Connection is green check mark and is flashing sometimes red...

Ok, this is because a lot of aPI Call got errors. Usually this happens during a maintaining routine or ddos attack.

Now we only must understand why there was the errors.
I think, that you will probably find the same kind of message inside the Txt file.

i've take a look at this problem.
There's a problem on Yobit Side, because API https://www.yobit.net/en/api/ tell :

getInfo
Method returns information about user's balances and priviledges of API-key as well as server time.

funds: available account balance (does not include money on open orders)

But it seems not true, i've create an order of 0.001 BTC and my funds value was always the same.
I have no other way to get this value without open order funds, i probably need to ask them to FIX this problem.

CAT 4.0 BETA is HeRE!

This is the changelog

C.A.T. Official 4.0
- Added Cryptopia API
- Upgraded BITSTAMP Api to V2 (you can trade on all markets)
- Various Fixes/Gui Changes
- Now CAT Will Create (on startup) a file called : "CAT_Log_<TIMESTAMP>.txt"
    - Particular kind of error will be written on that file.
    - If file is empty during CAT Program Exit it will be deleted.
    - If file is  not empty, it will be a good idea to send me that file :-)

Actually this version is probably complete, i'm only waiting for the positive response of Cryptopia DEV about interface code.

So, you can ask me for the BETA 4.0 via PM, otherwise you can wait for the official release

Will be looking to buy the bot as demonstrated to me by Mulligan52. Like the look, but gonna wait until the price of BTC stabalises. Had I purchased a few months ago it would have been half the fiat value. But interested none the less. Great product.
