It means that (if possible) CAT will calculate your price with 1 minimum market unit (that could be 0.0000001 or 0.001 it depends by the exchange and market limits) +/- the best market price.

If a ping pong is calculated, it looks at the current others to find the price. It finds a price and it uses that. Then other traders also find a  price and settle for that. If stay alone on top is ticked, then C.A.T. will recalucalete the price at the next round and put the price on top, so that you are sure the next one to be taken in the trading queue. The problem  with that is, that you might not reach the 0.6% gain with it. Not sure what C.A.T. is doing, I believe it stucks there. Another problem is, as another user noted, that if you are on top, one Satoshi would be enough. If the 2., 3. ... cancel, then C.A.T. could find the top at another price. This user reported that C.A.T. stays on top and makes lets a hole to the 2nd trader.

I was suggested to untick that. The result is that your price stalls. you will find yourself then over the time on place 10 or whatever, clearly not anymore close to trade. Howerver, it showed me, if you have a trading pair, that is stable (goes up and down) then after a few days you are on top again and the profit is still coming.

How about the auto backups ;P it shouldn't need too much to add them, maybe just save the current orders to the market folder every x minutes which could be user programmable?

Auto backups would be great, maybe save the state of all ping pong parameters / orders every x lookups?  This would be great for when the power goes out longer than the UPS will last (and I am not around to make a backup).

Problem with auto-backup/restore would be that while you were offline the market could move and, when restored, CAT may make unfavorable trades until it figures out the new market position in it's tables and what trades have taken place while you were off-line.

If you really want a backup of the state, run CAT in a virtual machine and snapshot it every hour. Then create a script to start the last snapshot when the system is restored.

You could also go full High-Availability and run a VM-cluster... How much money ya want to throw at it....

There are a lot of changes so i will probably release a pre-beta version only for users who wants to try before official release.

Suggestions:

1. On the Market Explorer tab, could you add the table "My Current Pings" and "My Current Pongs"?
2. Could you add currencies to some tables, e.g. "BTC" for example on the Gains tab, so one sees instantly in what currency the gains were made?
3. On the Market List tab, could you change the font to a monospace font and make the numbers right-justified?
4. Could you add a Global Market tab where all the markets of an exchange are listed?
5. In the Market List tabs, could you add a column for the current buy/sell diff %?

1 - Is Redundant, you orders are highlighted in Green or Yellow (if the order is not alone on that position) in Market Orders Tab and there are also 2 tab MyOrder Buy and Sell. To work over Ping and Pong you must swith to the other Ping Pong & Trades.

2 - I will try to find a position to put the Currency for the GAIN, but gain is always expressed as PARTNER Currency, so if (considering <Partner>/<Market> Currency) you are on USD/BTC gain is in USD, if you are on BTC/USD gain is in BTC

3 - About the justified i need to check, why do you want a fond changes?

4 - Actually not planned, once it was only 1 tab, but many users ask me to group by Partner Markets

5 - Yes, this could be a good idea, that attribute will be displayed only when you'll check the "With Statistics" Option

Not all exchanges gives the TRIPLE Info TOTAL AVAILABLE USED
So i show what exchanges returns.....

And about the resize i will check..... the "IN....." must show you the Primary COIN of all the exchange. Usually BTC, but not always....

The gain is +0.600%, but the gain value is -0.00000001

This seems a MICRO Trade, and sometimes with micro trade even if the % between buy and sell is in positive, the resulting after fee subtraction is negative.

Actually without the column header i have some difficulties to understand all the values, but :
This is the start QTY = 0.41103657?
This is the Final qTY = 0.00001166?

If yes, we are talking about a micro trade.
You can not consider this, that doestn'e effect your portfolio in any way, in fact, you loss -0.00000001

So Green means that your order is alone in that price position.

This function is already in the Ping-Pong & Trades Tab.
