I'm trying to withdraw my winnings from the goal time contest in the games and rounds section sponsored by bcgame. I've met the wagering requirements, but after submitting a withdrawal request, it was canceled and the funds were returned to my account. i contacted support, and they advised me to try withdrawing in another currency, but my account still says I'm unable to process the withdrawal. i informed support about this, and now they've requested kyc verification. I've already completed the verification, but the support response is taking a long time. Until now. It's only 60$ withdrawal request. Before my withdrawal request didn't triggers KYC. Don't know what happen today.

It's not surprising to see that all of a sudden, bc.game is asking you to pass kyc verification before you can withdraw your funds, isnt that what their terms and conditions say? That they can request or ask a customer to pass kyc verification at any point in Time?

You ought to have understood that the fact that your previous withdrawalz have never triggered a kyc verification on your account, does not necessarily mean it will never happen, there is always the first day to everything, I know someone who have been playing, winning and withdrawing from a casino for over 6 years without kyc verification, and just on a very good day, he requested a withdrawal $30, and the withdrawal request was put on hold, with a notification stating that he must complete kyc verification within 3 days for his withdrawal to be process, else, the withdrawal will be canceled and fund returned back to his account.

So, bc.game demanding that you complete kyc verification shouldn't come as a surprise to you, it's normal for almost every casino, they can ask any user for kyc verification when the user least expect it.

I feels difficult to reach VIP level as I know that will needs much money to spend. I prefer to reach VIP step by step and no rush because I don't have much money like you.
