Thanks for the explanation and, as I said, I think it's great that you always take care of the cases here and help people to solve the problem! It's also interesting to see how you go about it and track the respective cases. I agree with you, it's simply about making the OP's concerns more visible, which is why people will open a new thread if they post here and don't get an answer relatively quickly. However, I still think it's excessive to open a separate “Casino Support” section here in the forum, even if such concerns are best dealt with there.
All in all, however, we as the Bitcointalk community can feel honored that people come to us for help when they have problems with crypto casinos  |

Without holydarkness's help many cases would most likely still be unsolved in this forum, and I mean about all the casino sites obviously. Sure I am not a fan of BC's support and so on but I always got my money from the site, without any problem and often enough within seconds. Though, I also verified everything right from the get go so there would be no problem once I would want to withdraw anything. |

It is good if you have it but as a company, they will have similar approach like trying to expose their brand to different platforms. After attracting new users, after a while, they will leave those platforms and focus to their most favorite ones for active marketing and interaction with community. This approach from all companies mean that as users, we have to mainly contact them for support directly on their company platform and their official contact channels. Other places like Bitcointalk or any forum or social media is only alternatives, but never are main ones for customer support. I agree with you that if a casino, for example in Bitcointalk can have an active representative, it can be helpful, but if they don't have an active representative here, you can contact support in their website, through chat, email, support ticket. |

Your browser cannot load a script that the page requires. This is most likely because you have blocked Javascript execution, for example, or other plugins are interfering with the page. The easiest option would be to open the page with a different browser to see if this solves the problem (instead of Chrome, for example, with Firefox or Brave or ...). This usually solves such problems on its own. |

So I don't think it's necessary to post such statements here, especially as long as the situation is not yet 100% clear (even though I don't want to insinuate anything, it has turned out often enough in the past that BC.Game was not to blame). While you are right, he should stick to his thread, you also need to understand the guy. If I was being ignored by the support and have 80k hanging in limbo without any explanation or anything I would also go through all measures to make this case public and get as much attention as possible. Hopefully this gets resolved soon, it's never good to have big cases like this pending. |

It is not easy to win max win in Olympus 1000 slot but I admitted that slot game is one of many popular slot game that our local people played I guess he use a big bet to win that much money and hit big multiplier. Only those who have a big luck that can wins on that slot game.
