Did anybody else get an sms with a "secret reward" yesterday? I did but I guess unfortunately it didn't go as planned.
See, the sms said I should check my email for the bonus link but yeah, no email. Some others on discord had the same problem and some, even if they had the email, just had an error when they followed the link. So yeah, it was a real promo and not some strange bs. 



My "VIP host" was no help either just telling me to check spam and also check if I had the right email. Yeah man, great advise.  Guess I didn't think of that before. I already expected such a nonsense reply, cause that's what I get every time from "her".

I believe the ones who are honest should never create multiple accounts at casinos. Most of the ones who are greedy fellows create multiple accounts to get bonuses and that's cheating and abuse of bonus. I guess if someone's main account isn't giving any issues then it's useless to create multiple accounts.

Yes, I agree. However, there are some users who have their earnings limited. I'm not talking about BC in this case because I don't know how this issue works with them or if they apply it. I don't think so.

But I always think that limiting it won't be the solution. If the user is earning a lot, it's not fair that they should be limited.

This looks very strange indeed, as a scam attempt would at least have included a link. It's no use to the scammer this way.
What could well be the case, however, is that an internal system test by BC.Game went wrong and SMS messages were sent to customers unintentionally. This has actually already happened to us at my company.

Yes, I also see many scam accusations from them. We don't know the truth but only them so they must check what they did before. If they are make a mistake, they don't have to accuse the casino but accept their mistake. Many cases start from small such as they forget that they have more account in one casino and not honest to the casino.

We should realize that the casino doing their business and they don't want their members doing something that can break the rules. The casino remind their members not to create multi account because that can give them more problem.

Personally, I'm not someone who's high roller when it comes to betting and that's why I can't say much about such limitation issues. However, if casinos do something like that then that's totally unfair.

A user wins and losses bets and the wins should be according to the odds that were present during the bet.

Let's say if a user bets on a team with 1.2 Odds then there resultant profit from a won match should be 20% not less than that, but if a casino limits that then that casino is doing shady things I believe.

I guess they don't want to waste their resources by checking if someone is risky as long as they are spending money and have potential of loding. And when they try to withdraw then they activate checking mechanisms. I guess this is standard modus operandi of all casinos.

I personally had not have any problems by withdrawing funds, and enjoyed their live roulette there.

Nah it's an official promo. Several people confirmed on discord that they got an sms like this and also many got the actual email following it. But I didn't. Yet another classic story. Live support didn't even understand what I was talking about, absolutely clueless. Why even bother people with sms promotions and not follow through? Wish I would have never given them my number to be honest!

But when I requested a withdrawal of a large sum, I was asked to connect a phone number as a 2FA method (which I did). That is, in fact, my phone number is in the BC database, but I have not received anything like this ... I would have definitely noticed since my message folder is empty (except for those messages in which I have correspondence with Lakai01 where we exchange photos of a dildo).

Well you didn't qualify the promo then obviously. I would guess my level on BC is a bit higher than yours, to say the least.
And like I said, many people got that sms + the email since I checked with their discord server and saw plenty of posts about it.
I only registered the phone number because 1 year ago they had a promo which required you to do so to participate, BC Rio carnival or whatever the name was. But yeah, now you also need the number for withdrawal over 100$ because of the double 2fa (2fa code, email and/or sms) and I never receive the email for whatever reason so my only 2 options are 2fa and sms.

Lolz, you guys got me laughing out really loud, I understand that this is definitely a joke, but it is commonly said in my place that a secret that's already known by two or more persons is definitely no longer a secret, that it's only a matter of time, one or even the two, or more persons (depending on how many persons know the secret) will tell one of their friend and from there, everything will get exposed 😁

Yeah, I think only fairly active players got that sms. After some back and forth (waste of time) with my host and a 1 time try with the regular support (even bigger waste of time) I just decided to just let it go and opted for another month of self exclusion from bc, these people are just no fun. Not sure if it's worth to even return after all the bonus cuts and 4x raise of house edge.  Platinum 61 account down the drain I would say. Anyway, once I was out it was a relief, haha. Hopefully they won't send me any more sms.
