Can anyone explain what the loss back requirements are now for BCGames? There was a calculation with 250 per 7days ot 30 days etc etc. There is a great post on this breakdown somewhere on this site. My issue is my VIP host or the new management and lack of clarity. I had 3500 deposited and 1500 withdrawn in 30 days. Why does this not allow for a loss back? 3 months with this host and received nothing so far. Any help appreciated!

Calculation is fairly easy. It's the amount you lost within the timeframe since the last given lossback bonus. Doesn't matte how many days.
They changed the % though, a lot! Before when you lost 250$ you got like 20-22$, round about. Now you get like 12 or something. Basically 5% lossback, before it was almost 10%.
Also, minimum loss to be eligible for this bonus is 250$.

Yeah, it's best for those that have made accounts years ago and they have become dormant for years to simply contact the support with the account that they have recently made and make it clear that they want to make sure if they're still following the rule or not just for their sake. But if someone has an intention to take advantage of the casinos like bc.game, that's why further investigations are being made and if one is found guilty, that's it, it's the verdict.

With contacting support system about the account, he can make sure if his account can not recover and he can make a new account. That will just to make it clear if he will not break the rules from the casino. If someone create more accounts on the casino and they know about that, the casino will block his account and will not tolerate it. That will break the rules from the casino and give him a problem. It is okay if he doesn't have much money in both accounts but usually, they will have some money in those accounts.

That's just to be sure so that there won't be any violation that will be committed and if in the future, if the supports try to make that a reason of doing a multi account because there is an issue that has been found with a connection of a dormant account. The user can reason out that there is indeed a notification prior to that before he proceed to make actions of continuous gambling with that current account.

They don't need to ask users about that because they have all necessary data on accounts so if they see something suspicious as possibly account farms and abusements on their platforms, they will do further investigations.

For raw data available by their bots, they can do more in depth manual investigations that can help them confirming about whether it is valid account farm or false positive detection from bots.

When their investigations lead to a conclusion that it's a valid account farm, they will take action immediately and only send users announcement on their account bans. After that, users can open support tickets for appeals and it's time for casino to ask about "Whether you have a farm account on our platform".

I really don't think there are any casino will proactively ask this question first.

I don't know for sure but what your explanation can be happen to those who have a farm account on that casino. Maybe it is right the casino will not ask to their members if they have multi account but they can ask that if that is necessary.

The thing here is when the casino find something suspicious, they will investigate and do something including to lock the member's account. They will not tolerate that thing happen in their casino so they will use their way to prevent that happen.

The casino does not normally ask about this, but has sophisticated mechanisms to detect multiaccounting. How they do this is also not published in order to exclude the possibility of circumvention by users.

See, the sms said I should check my email for the bonus link but yeah, no email. Some others on discord had the same problem and some, even if they had the email, just had an error when they followed the link. So yeah, it was a real promo and not some strange bs. 



My "VIP host" was no help either just telling me to check spam and also check if I had the right email. Yeah man, great advise.  Guess I didn't think of that before. I already expected such a nonsense reply, cause that's what I get every time from "her".

Yes, I also see many scam accusations from them. We don't know the truth but only them so they must check what they did before. If they are make a mistake, they don't have to accuse the casino but accept their mistake. Many cases start from small such as they forget that they have more account in one casino and not honest to the casino.

We should realize that the casino doing their business and they don't want their members doing something that can break the rules. The casino remind their members not to create multi account because that can give them more problem.

Personally, I'm not someone who's high roller when it comes to betting and that's why I can't say much about such limitation issues. However, if casinos do something like that then that's totally unfair.

A user wins and losses bets and the wins should be according to the odds that were present during the bet.

Let's say if a user bets on a team with 1.2 Odds then there resultant profit from a won match should be 20% not less than that, but if a casino limits that then that casino is doing shady things I believe.

I guess they don't want to waste their resources by checking if someone is risky as long as they are spending money and have potential of loding. And when they try to withdraw then they activate checking mechanisms. I guess this is standard modus operandi of all casinos.

Nah it's an official promo. Several people confirmed on discord that they got an sms like this and also many got the actual email following it. But I didn't. Yet another classic story. Live support didn't even understand what I was talking about, absolutely clueless. Why even bother people with sms promotions and not follow through? But when I requested a withdrawal of a large sum, I was asked to connect a phone number as a 2FA method (which I did). That is, in fact, my phone number is in the BC database, but I have not received anything like this ... I would have definitely noticed since my message folder is empty (except for those messages in which I have correspondence with Lakai01 where we exchange photos of a dildo).

Well you didn't qualify the promo then obviously. I would guess my level on BC is a bit higher than yours, to say the least.
And like I said, many people got that sms + the email since I checked with their discord server and saw plenty of posts about it.
I only registered the phone number because 1 year ago they had a promo which required you to do so to participate, BC Rio carnival or whatever the name was. But yeah, now you also need the number for withdrawal over 100$ because of the double 2fa (2fa code, email and/or sms) and I never receive the email for whatever reason so my only 2 options are 2fa and sms.
