Just wondering if anybody has any experience about it. I self excluded from the site on March 3rd, for 1 month. Did it through the live support cause the self exclusion email didn't show the link/tab you should click to actually follow through with it. According to one of their discord mods 1 month means 30 days. So those 30 days are up now but I still can't log into my account. Email support of course will take days and weeks to reply so maybe somebody here has any info. I already sent an email 3 days ago to ask which date/time my SE ends but until now no reply.  
Just want to log in, withdraw some money I accidentally deposited 2 weeks ago   (sent something to old address in my history) and claim the rest of my outstanding rewards, if there are any.

Would appreciate any input or shared experience.

Edit: Still no email reply, no way to ask live support since can't login still even though SE period is over, discord mods sending draft replies that have nothing to do with the problem on hand.

Even though you got a verified account doesn't mean you will never be asked for KYC again, it is to prevent people from abusing the system with fake ids so if that's what who you are then you probably have another ID with you isn't it?

He played when he was abroad, returned to US soil, and can't pass KYC. Though I believe you misunderstood. The country of origin [which I assume you're saying about residency] is actually matched his real location, namely United States of America.

What I am asking here is the discrepancy of narrative from what he told me through PM, where he informed me that he was traveling and played bc.game, and can't pass KYC because they refuse driver's license. While here, he said that he's been playing for a long time and passed KYC once.
