The thing is, self exclusions, anywhere, end the exact second after the period ends, not at the end of the day or anything. Also a mod on discord confirmed that a 1 month SE ends after 30 days, not after 31 days and xxx hours.
Also, the new day for BC starts and ends on GMT time, so my self exclusion request was on March 2nd for them still.

This also amazes me. The stakes are high, as is the amount he invested per bet. I can imagine him losing a lot of money until he gets lucky enough to get this huge multiplier. It is really rewarding, but it involves a lot of luck and persistence.

Bc.game y'all suspended my account from making withdrawals saying that I need to do my even though I had already done it long ago and made multiple successful withdrawals since then. The problem is now your system won't accept my driver's license even though in my country the driver's license is your id card. You can only have one or the other, therefore your license is your id card. Also this exact same valid unexpired license was the same one I used to kyc in the past. I don't understand what happened if y'all lost my info or something but I'm extremely frustrated trying to explain this to the live support being told the same useless responses and getting nowhere. I've been using your site for a long time and have made many deposits amounting to thousands of dollars and this is so disappointing that this is where we are at now. My uid is 29083107 please restore my account to its previous functionality. At this point I'm feeling 100 percent scammed.

Done, not sure though if you guys reply in the "regular" 1-2 week window. I don’t understand why I even have to do this. Why aren’t accounts reopened automatically? And if you are aware of it now, why do I have to send an email to a support that’s helplessly understaffed and needs weeks to reply??

1) AFTER SENDING PROOF OF DEPOSIT WAITING COUPLE OF HOURS THEY REJECTED MY DEPOSIT
2) CREATED APPEAL TICKET BY MY VIP HOST SENDING CHEQUE OF THE PAYMENT

4) I SENT VIDEO PROOF AND PDF CHEQUE AGAIN
5) IT GOT REJECTED AFTER 24 HOURS THAT WE DIDNT RECEIVE THE PAYMENT. BUT THIS IS NOT TRUE BECAUSE I REACHED MY BANK AND ASKED AND TRANSACTION WAS CLEAR AND SENT TO OTHERSIDE WITHOUT PROBLEM

I have small suggestion regarding currencies that are displayed on bc.game.

When visiting site site automatically detects my country (Croatia) and switches to display my local currency (HRK). The problem is that Croatia switched to Euro more than two years ago, so HRK is not used more than two years!

This doesn't bother me much, but your site would have more serious impression if the info would be updated.

I had the same, back when I could still log into my account.  Roll Eyes So this is going on for a while now and it never got fixed. On both phone and mac, when I opened the site it occasionally displayed Japanese yen even though my preferred currency is $. I always switch it back and just some more days later it's back to yen for no reason. I didn't even log out or anything in between, it just switches back automatically.

You can simply change the currency to any currency of your choice.
Click on your balance at top of the page and then click on "View in currency". After that you will see the list of available currencies.

Now it's 32 full days and 11 hours since the 30 days self exclusion started and my account is still closed, and of course no reply from the support. At some point I have to assume that this useless support agent that handled my case must have made some mistake or it's simply a scam.

Also, now they banned me AGAIN on discord for asking wtf is going on, and I asked in a normal manner. That's how BC cares. In under 24 hours I will red tag them and open a scam accusation (it's already written). Enough is enough.

Done, not sure though if you guys reply in the "regular" 1-2 week window. I don’t understand why I even have to do this. Why aren’t accounts reopened automatically? And if you are aware of it now, why do I have to send an email to a support that’s helplessly understaffed and needs weeks to reply??
This prolonges the whole situation even further, totally unnecessary.


As expected, this didn't help one bit. It's just ridiculous at some point. The worst part is, even though you replied I was 100% sure still nothing would come from it, as always when BC support is involved.
Very disappointing and my scam accusation will still be published since obviously you people don't give a fk about your players. Even a case as small as mine proves this yet again.

When I try to open your website, it's showing unsafe to me; the message is showing "Your connection is not private." Is it an SSL issue or country restrictions? Also, I tried to open the website through Tor, and it doesn't work either, just showing connection lost. However, I have noticed you have another two websites that work for me. Are these your official websites as well?

Are you using chrome?
If it's not chrome yoi can try using VPN to check if it's because it's your region that's restricted in that server.
You can try their main or other mirror website

It is really strange, could that be because you use VPN server to access the site? If you are not located in Japan it could be only reason that comes on my mind to have JPY displayed as a currency.

Thank you! I will try that next time when going to BC.game. Once again this don't really bother me but its really strange that they display currency that is not used over two years as a part of the site.

Given the request was made manually, we have to follow SOP in reopening the account.

Ok so, now that you are aware of it, why is my account STILL blocked? It’s not that hard to finally take care it, yet nothing happens.
Also, why didn’t your support staff didn’t inform me about this? He just said it ends after 1 month. You should train your staff better! If you need 1-2 or more weeks to reply, how can players actually use their account again in time? It’s all quite ridiculous and quite customer unfriendly to say the least!
