I don't think it will work but I have some chrome extension which I found are good with preventive measures as after downloading them I have never face any issues in accessing those platforms.

I will share those extension if someone is facing issues as to how getting access to a banned site without any issues. I might be wrong about it but, after I had installed those extensions, I am able to view those websites that are banned in my country.

This happen all the time even to users who are in the same location and with same ISP the problem is normally a result of multiple factors, but the ultimate among them is that the mobile network of the Individual is bad and it can either come as a result of bad network, slow device connectivity or even device overload.

So if you fine yourself in such a situations, first thing to do is to go on flight mode from your device a d there after re power on your device, it will work from there.

Accessing through mirror links is always the right choice if someone find the website restricted even though his/her country is not on the list of restricted countries. This is always the case for Philippines user here since we can’t access the main website directly.

Mirror link is intended to solve all the issue for different type of restriction set by the country ISP provider while they allow such country as per their license coverage. Doing some tweaking on DNS or VPN is always a bad idea since it might result to problem in case you forgot this setup when you enter on different casino that has restrictions on your country.

You are correct about the mirror link. I recently came across a thread on the gambling board discussing a new casino. Users from a non-restricted country are having trouble accessing the platform. What's odd is that the promotion of the casino is being handled by someone who lives in Bangladesh. I assume that some casinos don't conduct proper research and end up collaborating with the wrong individuals. No one can help you here. No one else can help you except contacting chat support. That same thing happened to me too, but on a different site. What I did was, first I contacted chat support, but they couldn't do anything either. They advised me to file a ban appeal because only the moderator who banned me can unban me and I should post on their own forum (not here on bitcointalk). Try doing this; it might work for you too. I know bc.game have there own forum.

When you are banned in a chat room of an exchange or gambling site, it is very probably you already posted many times that are not acceptable by their moderators and they already warned you many times too.

So when a chat room ban was executed, you violated some rules of chat room several times, not only once. Hence chance for you to have ban uplift, a second chance is very small. Some platforms can have different types of ban and with very first times of violation, your ban time will be short and it will be uplifted later after the ban time expiration. It seems not your case because 1 year is too much, you were banned permanently I guess.

The only thing you could do, since the normal support is no help, go to their discord server and create a support ticket there. The discord mods have their own support service which often enough can be quite helpful, according to other discord users. I have seen cases to get solved when via the normal support there was no solution found.

It might take a couple of days until you receive feedback though since they always have plenty of tickets to work through so it seems.

Probably due to the rain drop rewards on the chatroom of this casino. I don’t have an idea on how the drop works here but I assume the level of the account affects the rewards they can get on rain drop.

To make things clear to public and eliminate any possible public doubts of happened behind the decision making of that account being banned from chatbox, it is not for no reason. They provided me evidences of the wrongdoings, of which despite of it, I plead them to reconsider and gave him one more chance, with risk of perma-ban.
