From the date you stated that means it has been up to 20 days now you have this issue of this withdrawal, did you withdrawal from Fiat or cryptocurrency? This player seemed to have a different agenda and/or motive other than getting his fund deposited. Far as I understand from explanations given by several INR users, crypto transactions are near impossible [if not very expensive], thus they have to lean to fiat, and BC [and other casinos] has to lean to 3rd party merchants as direct bank deposits is prohibited.

The key is in the merchants, and the merchants are the root of the issue, of whom, a third party that they can't control as they wish like their own internal team. AFAIK, there is no extra charges from the casino side for fiat deposits. I tried it on even BC and they didn't ask for anything so it's what bank charges you if there is any but avoid using fiat currency which can cause delayed deposits and withdrawals.
