I agree with this because if left unchecked for too long it could eventually lead to a bigger decline in image and reputation.
There are currently several allegations going back to BC.Game and all the cases are pretty much the same with fiat-related issues being the initial problem. If this is not anticipated from the start and there are no specific answers then this could be a blunder that will happen.

So it would be better if sites, especially those in charge of local fiat agents, could provide further exposure because if it continues, the integrity of trust in the site may be compromised.

For some other reasons, I have been following their sub on Reddit for a while. It is quite neglected, plus there are regularly accusations of withdrawal marked as successful even though it is not, or even of not adding a deposit.
Support seems to be nonexistent.

Whatever reasons for this issue, they must resolve it well as soon as possible, and if they think that in short period, they can not handle it well, pausing that feature is better than providing unseamless feature for their customers. Complaints, scam accusations are only harmful for their business brand and reputation which is not unnecessarily.

A friend of mine had this same issue with this casino some weeks back, though it was later resolved, but my friend had to borrow money to sort out the issue he intended sorting out with the money he was withdrawing from this casino..

He requested a withdrawal in Fiat, the withdrawal was marked as successful but he waited several hours and the money did not arrive on his account, he later contacted customer care and it took them over 4 hours to respond, long story short, the matter was later resolved in 4 days and this left my guys absolutely disappointed that he swore never to gamble on this casino again, according to him, the casino disappointed him at a crucial time and if not that he had a means of borrowing, a lot of things could have gone wrong with what he urgently needed that money to sort.

Exactly what I’m assuming about this problem that can have a temporary fixed by removing it. I’m playing on BC with fiat before and I knew that they usually suspend their fiat account if there’s a problem on it since it’s visible on the choices for choosing fiat bank account to transaction.

I’m confused why they are not doing it now why they can apply it before? In my case, they have multiple account option for PHP fiat deposit which means I can still deposit using other option that is not yet suspended.

Weren't they were active on their chat support? I think this kind of problem should be resolved as this is one of the crucial things the players looks at, though if I am not mistaken it's the problem of a 3rd party service? The forum is a big help to reach out to them but they're not active here for quite some time and it's true that if this wasn't resolve immediately it would hurt their reputation and the trust they've built here in our community.

Either by intervening directly in the support ticket or at least informing the thread creator about the progress and, if necessary, intervening if the support is too slow or unwilling to help.

There are also countless examples where, after months of disputes with support, a thread in Scam Accusations has led to the case being resolved. So the casinos are very keen to monitor the threads here and help the

Representatives of the casinos in question are always active in the scam accusation threads and very often help to resolve the cases. Sorry, but you are wrong on this one actually. Take a quick look in the scam accusation section. Only on page 1 there are a whopping 15 complaint threads about BC, that is a lot. And most of them are from Indian guys having issues with fiat deposits and withdrawals.
They are having serious issues in this area which is very concerning and certainly not a good look -> bad for the reputation.
Also, BC reps are not up to the task on this one, only user holydarkness (who is not affiliated with the site) is actually trying to get those issues resolved by speaking with BC support guys.
BC unfortunately has a history of bad customer support, that was one of the many reasons I left the site despite having a fairly high VIP level.

Are you for real? Do you know how many issues the forum has resolved. Many people came here only to resolve their problem and left. Probably they were told by someone to come here to resolve the issue and they came here. Even the forum didn't directly resolved the issue, the forum plays the highest role on that. The representative of the said Casino would contact the support team to facilitate the process. Or other users would volunteer themselves to contact the casino representative or the support about the case to solve the issue. This forum has resolved many cases.

I did not refer to BC.Game directly in my statement.

The statement I quoted generally implied that the representatives of the various casinos do not care about the concerns of the community here, and that is definitely not true, neither in the threads of the individual casinos nor in the Scam Accusation board.

BC.Game support has also posted a few comments above our discussion explaining why the account has been offline for some time, so it is quite possible that "official" responses will soon be posted in the threads you mentioned.
