I just hope that BC.game could surpass all the issues they're facing. And that won't affect the good reputation they have built.
On that tweet update, they've said that they heard their community and that's why those updates have come.

And let's hope for the best that the next thing that they'd do is to clear and help each of those who have a problem with their accounts and are facing some troubles on their experience.

Reputation really matters, and they’re very active here on the forum. That’s why I’m a bit confused seeing scam accusations against them. I checked their account and didn’t see any red tags or flags at all. So now I’m wondering, is that accusation even valid? Or was it already resolved and turned out to be nothing in the end?

Most of the big casinos have scam accusations some of which are pending and some resolved. Those accusations may not be because they truly scammed anyone, they might be because they refused to bend their rules and allow people to violate them and such people feel that making those threads will force them to do their bidding. I'm not saying that the casinos are always right but from what I have seen, most of those accusations come from newbies accounts which may be people who wants to beat the system but were caught and the funds they got from those sharp practices frozen by the casinos. I have seen one of such threads where the author claimed to have used multiple account thinking that the casinos will not find out, but when they did, he was saying that one of the accounts be released.

Of course, building trust is not easy to get back. And just like all casinos out there, they commit mistakes as well. No perfect casino has been made.

But at least they acknowledge their mistakes and take actions in solving the issue rather than keeping silent and ignoring it. They don't give a reason for a gambler to leave. Instead, they give a reason to stay.

Yeah, we'd hope there is no more like this. To grow old and become more responsible should be at the top of their mind. There should be no more like this in the future.

I have even written them DMs about these issues; they aren't friendly enough to solve them, nor are they responding on the allegations thread. If they do the same, most probably they will lose their first gamblers from a specific jurisdiction.

Have you already posted your concern here in the forum? I’d like to see the details.

In my case, I haven’t had any problems using this casino for fiat transactions, so I’m just curious and also want to be aware how they handle issues raised by forum members and others.

The fiat deposit and withdrawal issues are happening in other casinos too. The difference is that other casinos teams are solving the issues quickly and users are rarely making a scam accusation against them here. As The Cryptovator suggested, they will need to work with current local providers and seriously consider of changing to new providers. With any business, problems with deposits (delay of credit to account balance) and withdrawals are the most uncomfortable and annoying experience for users. Anything related to money from deposits to withdrawals can result in customers' disappointment and their reactions can be escalated very quickly.

Changing the local providers and have better processing for deposits and withdrawals will bring better experience for users in some nations. It will be very helpful and vital for reputation and success of BC Game in the future.

To the BC.GAME Legal & Compliance Team,

I am writing to formally escalate a dispute concerning a VIP Prime Mission APP-exclusive bonus that I redeemed, following extensive and unsuccessful engagement with live support.

Summary of facts

I redeemed a VIP Prime Mission / Check-in bonus of 400 BCD, advertised in the APP as:

“Bonus Money can be directly used for betting; if you want to withdraw it, you need to meet the 40× turnover requirement.”

I completed the 40× wagering requirement.

I did not attempt any withdrawal.

Following rollover completion, my balance was reduced to 400 BCD only, and all additional winnings generated during wagering were voided.

After repeated requests for clarification, support ultimately confirmed that:

“The maximum amount you could receive in the bonus is 400 BCD.”

This represents a maximum win / payout cap.

Core issue

At no point was a maximum win limit disclosed in:

The VIP Prime Mission APP description

The Check-in / Task Reward explanation

The rollover details shown to me

Any bonus-specific UI at the point of participation

A maximum win cap is a material condition, particularly for a VIP/SVIP promotion. Introducing or enforcing such a cap after wagering has been completed, without prior disclosure, constitutes misleading bonus representation.

Support has been unable to:

Identify a specific clause where this cap is disclosed in the VIP Prime Mission terms, or

Reconcile the cap with the APP language stating funds are usable for betting and restricted only upon withdrawal.

Requested resolution

I respectfully request that legal/compliance review this matter and provide one of the following:

Restoration of the voided winnings, or

A written legal justification citing the exact, pre-disclosed clause that authorizes a maximum win cap for this specific VIP Prime Mission bonus.

Absent such disclosure, I will continue to pursue resolution via Casino Guru, where the matter is already documented.

I am copying this escalation in good faith to allow BC.GAME the opportunity to resolve a disclosure issue that appears systemic and contradictory to the VIP promotional material.

Clearing the scam accusations board would be a top priority for any big brand

Can you share some more information about this?

I found a few posts by newbies, others were already solved. I am a bit misinformed and outdated about this casino, which I played a lot and participate in the signature campaign years ago.

They recently have a surged of scam accusation regarding their fiat deposit and withdrawal mainly on INR fiat currency that reportedly user have pending withdrawal and deposit for a long time. But most of them were handled through the help of holydarkness.

I don’t know if they resolved all the issues properly since most of the user stop giving update when they are already in contact to holy through PM.

One day ago, BC Game announced that they removed the house edge.
It's a good news but noone said about it before. Did you usually check BC Game's X account for their active announcements?

BC Game started the 2026 year with this good news for community, and this year looks promising for BC Game users.
It's a good thing that BC.game came up with that decision, and it makes sense, as it gives a chance to all levels of gamblers. It is a demand of the community, and I am glad to see that the core team shows a positive response. Well, I expect the team will do well for the benefit of everyone (the company and gamblers as well).

I just hope that BC.game could surpass all the issues they're facing. And that won't affect the good reputation they have built.
I'm still studying that development to see how it will be possible because I see the house edge as a thing of business continuity which enables the casinos to be profitable to remain in business. But if BC.Game know other ways of remaining in business for the long term without the house edge, then it will be a great development that gives them competitive advantage in business. I'll try different games in the coming months to see the impact of the zero house edge in my gambling, after then will I be able to give an opinion based on my experience. By the way, I don't think much gamblers have problem with the house edge because I have not seen much complaints in that direction.

There must be other possibilities because there's no way a site would remove House Edge if they didn't look at other factors that can be taken away from the profits because this is a business and every decision made will definitely have an impact on sustainability.

The most positive part that can be seen roughly at the moment is the possibility that with the new regulations set, it is possible that this will attract many gamblers because it will definitely be an attraction when a site removes House edge as the last form because this will indirectly be more promising for their users.

Bc game is a top level boss and it has the most number of scam and victimization complaints from thousands and is never banned while it nulls accounts with huge amounts, nulls deposits and never credits, for the record my complaint here about my deposit is never resolved. Also BC game has never responded but their evil mules are tracking my activity and also keeping watch here. Entire Internet has restricted my ability to promote BC game software and scripts that could give players one up on bc game it is my suspicion now BC game is making trillions in a year to be able to achieve this and how they have have done this is by programming gambling behaviros to make people broken, if you need help from this curse my details at the end of this post. See how much like a 🐍 the internet is constricting me to sell the software built after 30000 hours and several years. It seems I am standing on the road like TraxNYC and offering valuables that people ignore 🤑

Am I the most banned person on Earth 🌍 or did I accidentally unlock the “Final Boss Level” of the internet? 🤣

So far my legendary achievement list includes 👇

There are only two possible outcomes: either the issue is resolved privately and they are asked not to comment anymore, or the claims are invalid.

But I think it would be helpful if someone could confirm that the issue is already solved. At least, it won't go into the assumption that BC.game ignored it.

However, I believe BC.game doesn't leave it that way if the complaint is valid. I have the trust and confidence that this casino will solve it, or else it will ruin their reputation. Of course, this takes longer than expected due to a verification process.

You may check yourself on the scam accusations; there are a couple of unsolved issues. I am not saying all the issues are valid, but a few fiat issues haven't been solved. Even some allegations were solved through a third party, but BC Game hasn't responded there to solve the issues. Nowadays it seems most allegations against BC Game are about fiat deposits and withdrawals.

However, I believe BC.game doesn't leave it that way if the complaint is valid. I have the trust and confidence that this casino will solve it, or else it will ruin their reputation. Of course, this takes longer than expected due to a verification process.
Same I have trust as well. But unfortunately, very rarely will you see a response from BC Game. Check yourself on how many allegations they responded to. Not necessarily; all the allegations are wrong, especially regarding fiat deposits and withdrawals. It doesn't matter if it takes longer to solve, but BC Game should cooperate with allegations.

There are somethings we don't need to stress ourselves on as gamblers, the house edge of a thing won't stop and I don't see it becoming a problem for players just as you said, we all know that casino business is a kind of business that the owners has to apply any possible strategy in other not to go out of business and I think the house edge is one of them and it didn't start today, mate I want you to understand that BC.
