I just spotted on www.howtobuygrin.com that Kucoin is listing Grin today "Trading pairs include GRIN/BTC, GRIN/ETH and GRIN/USDT. Buying starts Jan 24, 2019, 17:30 (UTC+8), selling starts Jan 24, 2019, 18:00 (UTC+8) and withdrawal opens Jan 26, 2019, 18:00 (UTC+8)." My favorite grin exchange at the moment is ChainRift, I wish there was more volume... they're based in the USA and now that theymos announced the acceptance of grin here in the forum, that's a big boost for this project. this might be a valuable coin in the near future.

I'll say...This is getting a bit ridiculous. Difficulty has doubled overnight. Couldn't y'all pumpers wait a couple more weeks and let me mine in peace

Well all I can say is, it's a good thing it's not named "Smiley Face Coin", otherwise googling might lead to this...I have to admit though, when I first heard of Grin, I immediately thought of the star character of this thread( it's a <GRINNING> thing... nothing to do with his scam), and now use that link to get here. Hello! I don't need another btctalk link to clutter up my desktop quite frankly... But seriously.. I love this coin and my miners are set on 11...

A windows wallet is inevitable, hopefully it will be a basic gui wallet that the majority is used to and we can see a lot people eating up the incoming supply. Meh, windoze is so old fashioned. What they need are Android & IOS apps that will allow people to construct a transaction by swapping qr codes on their cell phones. (I'm not certain swapping via wifi, 5G or bluetooth is really that secure though.)

Does anyone know how to make grin-miner to start at system reboot (Ubuntu 18.04)? p.s. I found a simple way. You can just create the file /etc/rc.local and make it executable, then put this in it: #!/bin/sh screen -dmS grinminer /home/rabinovitch/grin-miner-v1.0.2/grin-miner I saved it, then chmod +x /etc/rc.local, reboot - and the miner is running and can be viewed using screen -r command.

Grin is going to the moon, boy what a ride, very interesting to see how far it will go, I could even imagine if it peaks at $30-$100 short term before a major correction. what do you think? quite obvious by now that it will likely be a top 10 coin. in Y2050 metric it is already #5 at current evaluation: https://messari.io/onchainfx

Are you mining with 1080 ti on linux with c31 ?

Well, c31 and c29 haven't quite leveled out yet (previous graph). I have found this to be a good indicator: Roughly a 1/10 G/s c31/c29 factor, I get 40 G/s on c29, and about 4 G/s on c31. BTW, went through their support yesterday (Zen desk), and got an answer and solution instantly (email had not arrived). I'm not shilling about sparkpool, just saying. Also, got almost 3 Grin with c31 instead of almost 2 (that would have got) with c29. Was briefly thinking of leaving my Vega64's on c31 and Minerbabe, and flipping the 1080ti's to Bminer 14. Maybe tomorrow.
