I think instability was one of the reason why Pakistani Cricket has failed to deliver in recent times. There's no lack of interest in the country as cricket is the most popular sports. The attack on Sri Lankan cricket team was on of the largest setback for cricket in pakistan and as there are increasing number of domestic cricket, international games being placed on Pakistan are still rare. There were some sign of progress with the new leadership and I hope as a cricketer himself, the prime minister of Pakistan would be able to bring back Pakistan to it's previous glory within his term.

Secondly, Pakistani cricketers are banned from the IPL. For most of the other boards, the top players receive around 75% of their annual salary from the IPL and this option is not there for the Pakistani players. PCB also suffers, because 10% of the salary paid to the overseas players are deducted as royalty fee by the respective boards.

I agree with your first statement but about second Pakistani Players banned from IPL its never been issue for Pakistani players and board its just own views as I already posted we have biggest issue is some failure in PCB management we have mostly peoples in board those are not related to cricket they are in office just because of personal links and political influence this is biggest issue right now if government bring some professional peoples former cricketers then surely this all can handle but right now we have no hope in near future about this.

When it comes to the management there are some issues and i have seen a talk show where Shoaib Akhtar was a guest and they were talking about how they are developing improving things from the ground, not sure about the real situation but they accepted that they are not able to attract big investors and advertisers like the BCCI.  
New Zealand won the first T20 against Pakistan, for most part it was competitive but then New Zealand was able to win.

Franchise T20 cricket is the future and IPL in a few years time will be the cricket equivalent of the English Premier League. Even at this point, the BCCI gets a majority of its revenue from the IPL, when compared to the other sources. And India remains the richest and largest market for cricket by a distance. None of the other markets can come even close. So the loss of potential revenue from the IPL can be very crippling for the Pakistani players.

I don't think that the teams would readily pick him, even if he obtains a British passport. It wasn't easy for Azhar Mahmood either, despite the political situation being a bit more conductive back then. He got the British passport, as his wife was a British citizen. Although he was sold to Kings XI Punjab, Mahmood didn't played a lot many matches for them. Eventually he was dropped after three seasons.

I don't think that the teams would readily pick him, even if he obtains a British passport. If that happens, then it will set up a bad precedent. If Aamir can get a multi-million USD contract in the IPL, then what prevents the other Pakistani players such as Babar Azam from doing the same? The BCCI is also going to be happy, as it will weaken the Pakistan national team. And let's not forget the fact that a number of Pakistani players have moved to other countries in the recent past, including Fawad Ahmed, Imran Tahir and Sikandar Raza. A few others, such as Sami Aslam are rumored to be making plans to do so.

Pakistan recovered really well and i did not expect them to put a score of 153 on the board and looking at the way the match was going i placed a bet on New Zealand and now they are struggling to put runs on the board as the required run rates keeps on rising and they already lost two wickets and now regrets on placing a bet on New Zealand win as Pakistan can win and the odds were over 5 for Pakistan when i placed the bet  .

Pakistan would have won the match if the could have fielded better. There were few drop catches which cost them the match.
Lets see how they play in the 2nd T20 but in reality i would consider NZ favorites for this series.

As far as I know, Mohammad Amir can't participate in the IPL without the No Objection Certificate (NOC) issued by PCB. And I don't think that the Pakistani officials will readily give him the NOC, after all the accusations he leveled against them. But I am not sure what will be the scenario if he renounces his Pakistani citizenship and acquires the citizenship of another country.

These players who moved to other countries are not famous anymore. If they join any league, they are being paid less as compare to if they were part of the national team. They may earn few dollars but lose all the fame.

But here we have point if he came British citizen then surely he never need any NOC from PCB because he is going to play in England and breaking his all relationship with PCB so he need all from ECB or England not related to pakistan.

In this case we have nothing new because we have history of many players those leave Pakistan for better future and they have some good time in other countries even then there was no IPL related thing in Pakistan PCB is never been settle to work on merit or players friendly.

I don't think that your post is accurate. You can check the sponsorship deals and the TV rights auctions. What PCB receives every year from these proceedings is much lower than what the ECB or CA get annually from similar deals. The inability to stage home matches in Pakistan has drained the coffers for almost one and half decade. Only very recently, the foreign teams are agreeing to play in Pakistan. All this had a negative impact on the financials.

I agree with @Swordsoffreedom here because right now PCB is not facing any financial problem they have some serious management issues and these can solevd only when we have no political influence without this its not going to be good for them many peoples in management are have no expereince of any thing but taking good salaries and doing bad things which is not suitable for sport and players but sadly no one to check them even we have Prime Minister a cricketer.

I also think Imran khan will be able to bring back the glory of Pakistan. But first of all, they need to purify their cricket board. Pakistan cricket will not improve if the cricket board is not free from corruption. If not free from corruption, talented players like Amir will soon be lost.

Amir already retired from cricket and everyone has their opinion regarding that and Amir clearly stated his situation and we all know what happened and why he felt like an outcast and it is impossible to get rid of that. Everyone is talking about the corruption in Pakistan cricket and if it is evident to the common man why no one is taking any legal action against them.

It is a reality in present day cricket, and applicable for all the teams (not just Pakistan). Franchise T20 cricket has grown to such an extent that players are retiring from international cricket to represent various franchises. And in the future, this will become even more evident. Teams such as Pakistan needs to adjust with this reality and the PCB needs to listen to the players regarding their concerns.

Pakistan did start slow but recovered well in their innings and Hafeez played a good knock and missed his century by a single run. They could have defended this total but NZ are playing too well and currently no doubt NZ are the favorites.

Seifert and Kane Williamson are taking this game away from pakistan. Although hafeez played well in the first innings but seifert is playing equally better than him and newzealand are not losing wickets on the other side which give him opportunity to play more freely and aggressively.
