LOL! Australia destroyed in the first T20. They could not even chase a small score, Indians dominated the second half of the match. Australia won the toss and thought they would easily destroy Indian bowling, they tried their level. Actually, they still struggle to play spinners in their own field and that is why Yuzvendra Chahal took 3 wickets just for 25 and was declared the man of the match. Now, after this match, you will see spinners being introduced in the early stages of the match.

ICC is fond of creating weird rules so as a cricket enthusiast we can't do anything about it but overall it was a good performance and I didn't had time to watch the match. IPL is helping the India's T20 performance to get better and better but long format is more important in international cricket than T20.

As far as i remember it was implemented last year during the Ashes. Warm up games are different ball game, teams are allowed to use 14-15 players back to back if they need more practice.

Similar to concussion replacement now ICC considering Covid-19 substitutes as well (Like for Like players only) This rule might get green signal from the upcoming series next month (Eng vs WI). Nothing wrong with the proactive approach.

COVID-19 substitutes under ICC consideration

Currently, substitutes are only allowed in Test cricket in the event a player suffers a concussion, when he can be replaced by a like-for-like player. Marnus Labuschange became Test cricket's first concussion substitute when he replaced Steve Smith in Australia's team during the Lord's Test last summer after Smith was hit by a Jofra Archer bouncer.

However, the ICC are now looking at whether to extend the scope of the measure to cover any player who develops symptoms of COVID-19 during a match. Although the ECB are finalising the medical protocols that would be followed in such a scenario, the player would be isolated immediately while tested and then removed from the rest of the game to isolate if they tested positive.

COVID-replacements are certainly something that the ICC are discussing," Elworthy told Sky Sports' The Cricket Show. "I have seen communication about that and it's certainly something we hope would be allowed - specifically for Test matches, not necessarily ODIs or T20s.

I am watching this match but believe me this is not a one sided match as you told us. Even though  DV scored a giant score, the GG are playing well here and look like they will win it if they do not lose quick wickets. They have a perfect platform to accelerate now with 8 wickets still intact. Gladiators did not win any match in this series but this might be the turnaround for them.

Even i felt that the main difference was the inclusion of Yuzvendra Chahal instead of Jadeja which i thought will not be bowling and India will be having a bowler short but the substitute is a major setback and no wonder Justin Langer was not happy with the way it was implemented. Bad day for Australia and India bowled well picking wickets when needed and the fielders held to the catches.

I bet on Australia today. In the previous match too, I was bet on Australia, and lost. After 12.4 overs, Australia scored 121 runs by losing 2 wickets. There are still great batsmen like Smith, Maxwell Henriques and Soinis. I would expect Australia to be able to target India more than 190 runs today.

Bumrah taking rest for Test series and so far Shami looked out of the rhythm according to his own reputation and In last game new bowlers did well so Indian team can afford to rest him as well.

Australia should touch at least 190-195ish from here, they don't have their main bowlers. Although plenty of options in bowling but adding extra cushion for bowlers is not a bad option.
