You are on point concerning this ICOs fraud issue everyone is loosing trust in bounty project base on the fact that hunters work hard and end nothing. To root out this problem in crypto there should a platform  to create constitution that will governing ICOs. And I suggest that This platform will see  to it that every ICOs project should pass through this platform and they will make under research to see there is not scam before the project is lunch and people will promote. After the project period ends any ico who refused to pay his promoters should be hold responsible either by finding or all project team is jail.

Developers get investments in Bitcoins and Ethereum, and they can give a part of the bounty hunters' investments for the good promotion of their projects.

maybe the thing that must be changed is the system is more tightened, so that fraudsters cannot make ICO because we as bounty hunters can only choose but our results do not know.
we just keep trying so don't blame us because we've tried to choose the best because we also don't want to be fooled.

Of course we all don't want to promote fraudulent projects. because it is very detrimental to us and also we will not get payment, but the reality is that there are many project managers who have deliberately committed fraud on participants and investors

Majority  of the projects pays in tokens as they can do whatever they want. Some of them even change the bounty payment amount after the bounty has finished. They refer to, that they can change the rules at any time. So, we cannot do much about it, just being careful when selecting the bounties, but there is no such as 100% protection in crypto.

I think we will have a hard time knowing if the project is scam or not given the fact that almost the ico now is having a good detailed about their company but if someone investigate and expose some icos then if happens that i join in that canpaign. This is an amazing idea and may be the only way to stop scammers. But how can this be implemented???
Maybe we need to think about its implementation as well and then as much as possible push for it.

I think in all the ICO project in the market now, agree that there are a lot of ICO scam projects but I think OATH is not the scam project. I researched carefully about this project and decided to join the bounty campaign to promote this ICO because I think that this project will grow up in the future and the price will go to the moon.

I really wanted to avoid scam projects, so I decided to join the POPULOUS project because they had succeeded in selling and making their coin prices well above ICO prices and because they had proven successful and made investors and bounty hunters make a profit then I strongly believed that they won't scam, even though the coins they sell are different, but I'm sure that will also be a success

agree with you, I did a lot of bounties but after that Im wasting my time. nothing come to me. So important thing is that people must improve their knowledge to distinguish potential and scam projects.

Scammers became more creative right now by posting some appealing ads, good promotional offers and active presence of the dev and this can make people look or define them as legit. And for us to became more aware we should put out more efforts to do research on how good they are and how things would go on them when they run business.

I would say that incase of scam project the forum is actually working hard to prevent all that but the issue is some bounty hunter even after scam announcement they still continue to work I think closing or deleting a thread after its declared scam is the best thing to actually do

Everyone would love to promote a legit ICO, but it's true there are scammers that we can't detect from the very beginning.
They should face the consequences to avoid scams, and without a proper ICO regulation, we cannot minimize the risk in the ICO market.
