That must be nice to have accumulated a large amount of capital exclusively for gambling. The soon feature is killing me whenever I’m visiting the website and check my notifications for a possible announcement. I hope admin can create a timeline on the possible release for each feature so that players will have something to look forward while playing on the casino.

There are still unfinished updates that they have to fix on the site. The last update I think isn't polished yet since there are still other features that are inaccessible. It's just hard to be updated all the time if you aren't often opening the chatbox because the admin usually posts the announcements there.

They will definitely ask you to comply with the KYC upon withdrawal and as long as you didn't violate anything or have complied with the requirements, you will still be able to get your withdrawal funds. I don't think KYC is a reason enough for you to close your account especially if you have won a good amount.

You know sometimes, achievements like that can hit us really hard that we begin to count losses instead of our gains.
Probably the guys saw the amount of bitcoin he has wagered away and right now, he doesn't have even have up to 10 bitcoins in his account/wallet, so he realized that he's lost far more than he gained.

This kind of thing have happened to me before, when at the end of the year, I requested for a statement of account from one of the banks I used, from the document, I realized that over 15 million Nigerian naira has passed through that account in one year, and I don't even have up to 500 thousand Nigerian naira on that same account or any of my accounts, so I began to seriously ask myself what I did with all that money, it broke me down for several weeks.

So maybe the guy is going through same experience right now which is why he asked that his account be closed.
This is just me speculating based on my own past experience, I might be wrong though..

The user interface improves drastically but the accessibility of games is still the same to the old one. I’m always having trouble on browsing games that I like because the only way to browse it is using the search bar and the filter option. I’m looking forward to see categorized games like Slots, Live Games and House Game which I can see immediately the games under this category.

*Maybe display what’s hot or top pick games so that user can easily play what’s popular games in the casino. The current browser only shows random games from random provider based on the filter set. It will be more efficient if the games page will be categorized and search function will give another option to browse the specific game that user looking for.

*I suggest to change the Burger button to Arrow(<) when it’s open so that user can easily understand that the button is for closing the side bar.

In general, the game experience is still the same smooth but less bug on slots on the current version. The black screen error is already removed that keeps persisting on old UI when playing faster on slot games.

I guess the gambler saw how much money they had and said "I should not risk it" and just closed up the account. After making enough profit, having the account only serves temptation and nothing more, a need to keep doing it and make even more profit. But, if he closes the account then it means they are going to have to open a new one and even that’s an issue, this way they take out the profit and they do fine and there is nothing wrong with that.
