Live support is great but the even better part is that I haven't faced any issues so far that I would be required to talk with the live support. That is not really a thing for me, I feel like this place has been acting perfectly so far for me and that is a good thing, even better than having a live support.

Bonus doesn’t expired. My bonus is still in there ever since I collected it during the initial implementation of the wagering requirements on all the rewards so I’m positive that it didn’t expired since mine is already too old.

You are just lucky because your bonus balance is not gone or maybe you forgot the total bonus you have so you didn't realize it
Me and several other users confirmed that our bonus balance was reduced/disappeared indeed there are still some satoshi left

So this is not the first time, last week me and @SweetL0u lost bonus balance the cause is because the Blackjack.fun team is updating the system
balance will back to normal if you contact support but this time it looks weird they can't track your bonus history    what about users who don't notice it, it will be lost for nothing.

About this, I recently open new account and try to play some games and accumulate some spin. That counter didn’t update all my accumulated free spin but I can claim it directly when opening the Digdigdigger slot. Try to play the slot check if your free spin is still there. There could be issues with every casino, doesn't mean that the casino is a bad one, it is a good one for sure. The only difference is that when you are playing in a terrible one, they do not fix your issue and put the blame on you and then they freeze your account and steal all your money and claim you are a scammer, when you did absolutely nothing wrong.

You were right from that day we started arguing about it. Free spins won from actual play/gambling should be treated differently and should not go through x40 wagering requirement. We already risked coins from our balance, bonus/rewards from the casino deserves to go directly to our balance.

This is a good suggestion to be honest so that rewards will be separated automatically but I doubt that this will take effect any time soon since they are prioritizing the website upgrade over the bonus restructure. I’m more excited on the upcoming VIP reward content hoping those 1mbtc weekly will came back again with just a minimal wager requirements per week.

If you given yourself an hour per month and followed it, Well it's a good self control and I'm sure you aren't an addict that tries to dominate your addiction. What's the matter with that? Me, myself am a gambler and I've spent hours playing on blackjackfan and other casinos but recently am a bit occupied and have other things to do. When i playing in some crypto casinos , there are some time that i need and also enough amount to make a good profit.
