But when I managed to turn 60 USDT of their rewards into 450 USDT, suddenly Relax BJ was under investigation. I even praised them on a private forum, but then a girl complained that she couldn't access her account after depositing 150 USDT and asking for a bonus. She claims that they don't respond to her emails, and she can't contact them through the website either since it says she's banned at the very beginning with no means of contacting them or getting any kind of help. I feel ashamed and sorry that I ever said anything positive about them.

Since how long you are facing this issue? I was also getting a blank page after accessing Blackjack.fun. Everything is working for me now after clearing the cache of the browser. Blackjack.fun team updated their website two days ago. Perhaps, the problem is happening for this. Try to access the site again by clearing your browser cache.

I have used Blackjack.fun several times without having any problems. but every now and then if there is a problem like black screen i just do a network refresh or delete some junk present in the browser.

There’s a possibility but I have a 300mbps internet connection speed and still facing same issue about slow loading of the sportsbook of blackjack.fun. It looks like the sportsbook is hard loading every time we open it. I use different sportsbook that doesn’t have this same issue on loading the book.

But this already a good improvement in terms odds update because it works well once you successfully fully load the sportsbook. I just hate same blank page loading screen whenever I switch from prematch to live and vice versa. It loads slow same when I open the sportsbook for the first time.

For KYC process sometimes it takes longer this is not the first time some time ago senior players also experienced it but there are also processed less than a week we don't know what makes the difference in this process but I'm guessing it's related to the suspected identity. I'm not sure if your KYC processing failed or hasn't been completed within 3 weeks.
Usually the KYC verification process only takes 24-48 hours and even before 24 hours some have been verified. But I'm still confused about what you are complaining about because in the initial post you said you had problems with losing money but after that you said problems regarding KYC verification.

Are you investigating on the game itself for the potential exploit? I believe you should hide the name of the game that being abused to avoid potential user that will try to exploit it too.

Most of this scammer services from 3rd world country that makes other person do the KYC for them in exchange for identity. This is common practice in our country since poor people doesn’t care about their KYC being used on shady things in exchange for few bucks. Good job on determining this abusers.

I don't see what the problem is. I posted about Blackjack Fun on a forum where people with similar interests gather, and it seems that many of them registered afterward. I wrote that I found Relax Blackjack to be an excellent game because it is enjoyable to play and can be helpful even for those who don't know the basic strategy, as it shows which move is the best. Obviously, those who read my post went to try out Relax. I don't know if others made a profit, but I was lucky enough to turn my last 60 USDT into around 450. If the casino's problem is that players sometimes win, then perhaps they should consider a different line of work... I mean, imagine, players come in, make some profit, and then get banned - that's a very stupid and dishonest argument! I don't understand why a website named Blackjack Fun wouldn't allow players to play blackjack, especially if they're winning. Besides, my HUGE WININGS are laughable; I can't believe that a casino, which supposedly cares about its reputation, would risk it for such small amounts. How much did the others make then? Just a hundred dollars each, and you had to compensate by taking it from Tteas first deposit. Pathetic, really.
