I don't bet on both sides, like you said, it can't be used to wager anymore. Just do anything you want, bet on a single, me I bet on 3 sides or 2 sides (hi-lo, red-black, odd-even) and just put auto 100 spins, rinse and repeat.

In 1 hour you can easily do min 100 spins so if you bet $2 on 3 sides that's $600 wager. Easy right? Bet $5 on 3 sides and it's $1500 wager.

I think it is definitely a tricky situation but they have been around here for a long time and I trust them as much as I trust myself so I am sure that not only they will solve all the issues but they will definitely fix everything and earn everyone's love back. There is no lost of trust, but there could be some people who lost some love towards it, that's the biggest issue, no trust or anything because they are trustworthy without a doubt.

I believe that we should not be doing the same thing and just attacking them, they are doing everything on their power to stop this and go back on the right track. I hope that it goes on the right way and we know that they are as legit as any casino in the world and will do better without a doubt.

It's not only him who experienced it but we all who signed up on Blackjack.fun and made at least 1 withdrawal experienced it, so there is no need to worry. It's only kinda annoying at first because you can not access the gambling site so yeah your suggestion is good, same with other sites that we can still play around while waiting, only to kill our boredom.

We can as well access the customer support and inquire them about the status of our account. In the case of Blackjack.fun, their forum representatives here are active. We can always pm them here about that matter. Just for clarity sake, is this account blocking a new incident or still the same old complain you brought here some time ago, because I can still remember when I read your complaint that your account was blocked and documents requested. And even at some point, you acknowledged that you have recovered the account so why raise a new complaint again?

It is normal for a licensed casino to ask for KYC, it is abnormal if they are not.  So we shouldn't be surprised if a licensed casino ask for KYC since it is one of the regulation imposed by the government to prevent money laundering and other illegal money transfers.  There is indeed no need to worry as long as we don't break any terms of the casino.

Old complaint, sorry for the misunderstanding. It's just strange that blackjack.fun blocked access to my account right after the KYC request - all I could see was the "KYC blah blah blah" notification, so I couldn't even take a screenshot of my balance. This has never happened to me at any other casino.

btw my total winnings are only about $400, and I was still required to go through KYC
