They recently experienced an increase of participants compared before which might be the signal to improve their support by adding more staff that will attend all the caoncerns. Admin aria is very quick to response as customer support. What @zuzie trying to express here is their technical support that will work immediately on all of the technical concern which a customer support can’t handle.

Actually there is an admin who is always online there, although not every hour but he always comes to check the site performance but he has no full control he only holds a few features, for example if the problem is on a deposit or withdrawal, only the site owner has control. I have no clue how you come up with such a ideas. Owner is not customer support and confirming withdrawals. Of course we have dedicated customer support, confirming withdrawals and communicating with players. And Aria is not part of the development team. She is also customer support.

If you dont get an answer in bitcointalk quickly or at all, does not mean that we lack of dedicated people or customer support.

Regarding customer support, we have a active customer support on the site.  We are answering mails (info@blackjack.fun), Discord, Telegram. Bitcointalk forum is not our customer support channel. License validator link was working before. We fix it with next Front-End update. Regarding chat spam, this is actually ment to be like that. We sacrificed our chat for promotions and opening another chat for real players with reputation. So this will not be accessable for everyone.

I would guess that it requires a ton of money to hire someone for a job like that forever. This isn't a temporary job type of deal neither, we are talking about full time job and something that takes a long time as well. I believe that we need to achieve something that would be profitable for them to do that in order to justify the cost. If they spend 1k on the person, and that means 12k for a year, if they do another type of marketing for 12k a year, they may get the return better.

This is why I believe that emailing them is an alternative that means they will help you anyway, and they think that we shouldn't really be judging them in anyway. If we haven't seen the results they have seen, then we can't make the same decisions.

This is real promotion by blackjack.fun since one requirements to be eligible for the rewards is to chat the admin of the casino to get the code that you will need to attach on the giveaway.com requirements.

Also, the representative acknowledged this giveaway if you will read again his post. He just said that they are not just promoting that's why it progress very slow. I'm not really sure what's the purpose for lack of promotion for their giveaway but it's better than being flood by cheaters.

@dimonstration before posting here I decided to login and check and I was able to successfully login and it’s working just fine and note that I’m using an iPad yet everything is working smoothly. Further in your case try changing your device or using mobile data instead of your wifi internet or do the usual clear cache and cookies if that too doesn’t work then contact the admin because only he’ll be able to investigate what’s causing this issue.
