Undoubtedly, as for the majority of the community in this market, this news is a very good start for the recovery of coins, but in my opinion it is not necessary to be so happy and hopeful, because this reversal can be only a temporary phenomenon. But I hope I'm wrong and the air really started to grow, and therefore all other coins along with it.

It's a never ending competition between this two coins which always closer from each other, let say it can be a spark but what will happen if no one buy this movements, who knows what is next from ripple marketing, there's no assurance that because ETH regained it's position there would be a strong run.

Hope for the best to come not only for ETH but from the entire community of cryptos.

Good to know this as I am holding Ethreum more than Ripple. But it would be a tight race between the two as the difference in market capitalization is very small. Any way, both cryptos have great potential to make it big long-term so its fine with me. Hope ethereum price would return to its high value as before.

Of course i always suggest of many people to take Ethereum for asset investment, and i think ethereum will always grow and grow in the future, so invest your money right now, because the price will pump again, but you must still patience.

The day Ripple falls it will fall long and hard. Really so much really good stuff for cheap no point risking any money on Ripple. It is part of the bankers work against crypto currencies.

ETH can not maintain the No. 2 position for a long time like before. The No. 2 position competition between XRP and ETH has been very tense in recent months and XRP has won. It can change at any time so don't care much about the coinmarketcap values and sometimes it can be manipulated too,and also you need to see not much of difference between the position 2 and 3.
But Ethereum deserve that place more than any coin.

I can see that the bottom of ethereum is already reach, now we will only see the upward trend if bitcoin is not going down.

When XRP got 2nd place it's really shocked me, for some reason I heard that XRP is most "manipulated" coin.

I'm just glad that Ethereum is bact to the possition, but unfortunately I think this's not for long time.

EThereum just overtook Ripple with just a slight margin for now, both has been on a tug of war for the number two position for a long while now, Ethereum wins today, Ripple collects it tomorrow and so it goes.

There isn't much difference in market volume between Eth and Xrp but Ethereum deserves the 2nd place. It was supposed to be like that. I still can't see Xrp as a crypto currency for some reason.

Doesnt matter to me at all.
It will soar high once bitcoin does. I do think up until now it is still one of the best out there instead of relying on another coin.
The dump may have happen so deep that it wounded a lot of investors but Ethereum is still strong despite all of that.

Question is, can we wait a little bit longer to see the changes in its value or are we just going to trust another one which just do the same as Ethereum?

Ethereum should be on the second place and that will be much better rather than put a manipulation coin like ripple at the top of CMC after bitcoin. The ripple foundation already dumped a little pie from the total coin that acquired by the foundation to the market.

Ethereum and Ripple's market caps are still very close together. Therefore, itscan change the second position for at least a few more times. But when the rise trend starts, I think the Ethereum price will increase more than Ripple. And so Ethereum will guarantee its place as the have second largest market cap.
