Actually in my opinion, ICOs still surviving and that is because of binance launchpad. It filtered out the most legit and promising projects and given the hype on binance it surely achieves its hardcap even faster.

That's a joke and both of you are discussing about the potentially of KYC applied to the investors and it will never reduce the probability of scam ico. What we only need right now more and more IEO will launch after binance launch pad to reduce the probability of scam ico

most ico currently only imitate ideas and technology, and the lack of experience of teams and developers so that prices always fall far below the price of ico after entering the exchange. I doubt that in the future there will be many investors who believe in ico. added to the number of ico that leads to a scam. this is as you discussed

the act of scammers is indeed very detrimental not only to investors but also from crypto itself because a large number of scammers in the ICO project makes investors less confident to support cryptocurrency. so that the market conditions dropped dramatically and I hope this problem can be overcome.
