The ICO has a great chance to recover and be a good way of fund raising. The only good thing is the project and the product so many will invest in the ico project. ico is good if it's legit because it's a great opportunity to succeed and earn a great deal.

I agree that ICO's has a big chance of surviving but we need a strict government regulation so that only legit projects can make a ICO's,and also even a projects has a product we cannot assure that the project will be succeed because investors now are now very careful in investing in a ICO's.

Now many investors are too much elert for investing money  due to bad market effect .thats why many ico project are failed but if poject is really well then investor can buy .so its depand on project quality .
I trust that if project will be good then have a good chance to surviving.

This is a new trend of the crypto market and this wave has attracted many investors back to the market, I joined the IEO project on binance and I seem to have regained the lost money when I participate in ICO projects

How often would we see an IEO these days? I just learned one that is currently being held on cobinhood which is the DEXON. in this matter, of course ICO still has enormous potential to survive. in fact, there are still a number of ICOs currently running, and even some of these ICOs have reached hardcap. maybe it all depends on the ICO project. however, it can be said that some ICOs do not provide good functions.

but for new ICOs and not having great partners they will die slowly.

All this is not new. The fraudsters were always and in all spheres, especially in trendy directions and this did not prevent further investors from working further. Another thing is when there is a law that regulates the investment process, then there is no chance for fraudsters. But the ico market is still quite young and does not have a general regulation, so scammers are so active. However, investors are getting smarter and are already choosing ico more carefully. Once fraudsters understand that they can’t see free money, they will leave ico for the whole mass and then it will be much safer for the crypto community to invest in ico.

Though the market is still bearish but we've seen some successful IEO lately and we can see that in Binance launch pad and since Binance are trusted as an exchange, people will not hesitate to invest knowing after the IEO they will see a good liquidity of the coins they bought.

That should not be the case, no investors should be losing money in the crypto world, because this is a technology industry, we can't allow those new investors to lose money for the sake of learning how to invest, something should be done if we need regulation then so be it, already millions of dollars are lost in scam ICO.

well, at this time we have to put aside ICO who has a big risk, or indicated a scam. by supporting clear projects, I think that can make ICO win again. however, at the moment I still see the opportunity that ICO still has great potential to develop.

If you are watching the market properly and i guess you have seen a  lot of good projects have come to the crypto space. But FYI, there will be always independent ico and consider about not all of those icos are wanna wasting a lot of money for listing or created cooperation with exchange site for IEO.
