As we noticed now crypto market has a good fluctuations, particularly in bitcoin which keep increasing even its slow movement, but it might possible will drove into bull run, so we must prefer for that. And now I think many ICO projcets will gradually recover. And soon for those ICO'S had been stuck from listing in any excahenges will might be list on these year together with bitcoin arouse from hard fork.

Yes, ICO will still survive but I doubt if IEO will survived for long unless exchanges change their ways and run a transparent IEO without bot buying. I think ICO need to be overhauled and rebrand in a way that the system will made project creators accountable and protect the interest investors.

A lot of investors are simply fixated on investing in ICO. Although there are a huge number of projects that have not carried out neither ICO nor pre-sales. I'm talking about projects like Tera smart money, or Sound Money Coin, or Veil. Among these projects there are a lot of promising coins. And there is no such number of fraudsters as among the ICO.

yeah, you're right. many people are trying to develop the IEO and quite a lot of investors are interested in it. However, however, ICO still has the possibility to develop, even some ICOs still survive amid the many scam projects.

Scam ICOs are having a field day now with their fraudulent activities this year I am victim of two failed ICO turned scam now I believe the alternative to ICO is IEO which  will gradually fade out ICO whose survival had been subject to the market situation of cryptos in bearish market they hardly reach Soft Cap invariably Hard Cap will not be achieved while a lot of investors are now cautious of where to invest their money just to avoid fail projects in the name ICOs whose tokens will become worthless after listing in an exchange.

We don't know that if there is a lot of ICO now this year are legit maybe the trust of the investord back to the ICO.
But until today there is some ICO until now are good to invest and we need looking forward to ICO to increase legit and no scam.
Maybe the IEO now is better to the ICO but remember if the ICO turn to the 2017 when it have more successful for sure the investors will back again for investing.
