I believe the videos could be shared like "non-winner" as well, it will be fine, nobody will be expecting payment for something that didn't win right? Well, that is not gonna happen. If you pick 5 videos and publish them on your youtube channel then the creators of those videos will want something in return, just "exposure" or what not is not enough and they will want payment.

Not because youtube videos will get payment because I am pretty sure couple thousand views will not be that much payment but because they helped with marketing so these videos are not just youtube videos but also videos that help windice get gamblers to their websites and since its impossible to calculate how much one video helped windice win how much from gamblers its going to be a tough sale on both sides.

For the people who have not seen the videos, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ePm1MUaV6ig this is the one that won the contest, it is done marvelously well and it is obvious that pokemon4ikgo is someone who is dealing with this type of animation video or whatever these are called things, I have seen and watched all of the entries like a judge myself and most of them were basically some pictures sliding over like a powerpoint presentation with music underneath and there were some that was done with the same ideas as the winners but executed poorly.

I really applaud all the three contestants they were amazing, rest was a bit more like amateur hour so the top 3 is really did a great job.

It seems that raindrops on Windice have decreased in number of raindropped coins to each and every lucky user for each round of raindrop.

I thought I'm the only one that have noticed it, although nothing to worry about it because it's a rain and we don't usually lean on that because it's more of a bonus and having fun while not thinking of your active participation will get something in return.

This lack of benefits to hunt for raindrops will reduce abusements on the system (unexpected bandwidth), in general. I read somewhere weeks ago that raindrop hunters won't be able to send their rains to each other as tips (they will be caught).

Are they the same people on both forums? Or are they different ones and there are just randomly nickname overlaps? I guess and also hope that they are same people, because such overlaps might cause some abusements from bad guys.

I guess no one could do anything about that as anyone could be choosing their own username freely but we must need to be careful and just believing into someone only due to the reason of "known names" may lead to disasters anywhere .

Let me share my thoughts on the wonderful success run of windice in real quick time...I believe success here in crypto-gambling world is mostly about reinvesting back into business. We don't know how much capital windice has or ever had when they started so maybe they are still paying from the pocket however it looks like whatever they are making in profit they must be putting it back into the business. At least it feels that way.

That creates a wave of success because the more people comes into windice and plays here (and mathematically loses) it creates funds to get more customers and when those new customers come.. well it goes on like that forever. That is why it creates this continuous success for windice, I think as long as they continue down this path they have a shot at becoming the biggest dice game in crypto, customers love casinos that pay the success back to customers who created that in the first place.

I think the point is even if someone with an admin username is here or there then the cleverest thing to do is not believe them anyway.

What would you need from an admin anyway? Help? Well go ask for the support, windice has one of the best supports out there in crypto world, if you talk with them they won't ask any important thing like your password or whatever. That way you will guarantee your position.

If someone from bitcointalk asks about something do not think they are admin and give any information anyway. Basically there is no reason for you to share any information even if its just your username to anyone from bitcointalk or windice forum, it is irrelevant and wouldn't help anyone. That is why this mishap of usernames (even if its the same person or not) is not really big deal if you are careful.

There is no plan for coming video contests, but the site might run when they needs more videos, especially when new features, or dramatical upgrades made for Windice.io. At the moment, there are only two active promotions: one give away for top poster(s) of the month; and the later one with 0.01 BTC pool prize for weekly challenge. I have a feeling like Windice team have decided to decrease their funds and prize pools for their contests/ give-aways recent weeks; but still don't know that approach will last longer or just temporary strategies. Maybe they need time to reassess all results of promotions have been run so far.
