This is not all true it depends on the state government of the state, remember when Rotimi Ameachi was the governor of Rivers State he offered free feeding, free laptops, free uniforms, free text books to pupils and students for 8 good years. I was in Sokoto for 1 month and I did not see any free feeding in any of the school I came across. The free feeding stuff is not a federal government projects but state.
