It is somewhat ironic that all of these conclusive matches are played in England considering that after Brexit, the United Kingdom is no longer part of the European Union. It really seems like a disproportionate advantage to be able to play practically every match at home, compared to other national teams that in some cases have always played away. If the English win against Denmark they will have played almost every game in Wembley (all but the QF in Rome).

This was already the plan 3 years ago.
It makes sense? No! But, it was another mess that the former management of UEFA made. It made the tournament unbalanced.

Did you also expect that the same Switzerland would eliminate the world champions France in the RO16 in the same penalty shootout, everyone thought it was just basically going to be a walk around the park for France in that game, but they were eliminated, Spain may not have eliminated the Swiss in style, but they did, something France failed to do, thus they didn't do badly at all.

I'm not saying Spain have been scintillating, but they haven't been bad either, and with with calibre of teams that have been sent parking, making it this far is an achievement, they are just one game away from the final in Wembley, it could be debatable, but Spain deserves credit.

To begin with, England needs to reach the final of the European Championship for the first time in its history, and only then take a swing at the title I would not discount Spain, because they got Switzerland, which proved to be a tough nut to crack. Let's not forget that before that, Switzerland had removed France from its path, albeit on a penalty, and France is hardly a weak team and Mbappe and the company could well claim the title of champions. I didn't have a strong impression of the England game and I wouldn't be surprised if England won the title or lost both in the final and in the semi-final.

Why are you so doubt with England? Don't you see England is on fire as well? I think you too underestimate England, they are not so weak as you think. You must realize that England has great players in the current UEFA EURO, some of them even played at their top perfromance. Also, you must note that the history of the mathes in previous EURO cannot be the measure of their success this year. The history won't always repeat, so don't judge England based on his bad record previously. In this matter, you must think positively about England. I am pretty sure if England will be in the final stage.

Despite losing first two games Denmark have arrived at the EURO 2020 semi-final. They played some good attacking football and completely had the right to win. I'm not surprised Denmark goes into final and win it. They will be a strong adversary in the semi final, and England should be aware.

what do you mean by not surprised to see Denmark win it ?! they have to beat England and Spain or Italy, at least one of them should be a surprise, and let's be real here for a second, Denmark reaching the semi final is an achievement for them, and they lost the first two matches so i comeback like this is a surprise, players played really well for their country, but there is an end to everything.

I know and I understand but I'm only comparing based on personal opinion after seeing some surprises,  I'm not saying England will lose it's just that I doubt it
Between Italy and Spain there are no surprises there because both teams are favourites, so where will the surprise be? most likely between England vs Denmark, just personal opinion

I wouldn't speak so sure about England because we saw what Denmark did especially in last three games. England defense is good, they haven't conceded a goal yet but Denmark is one of the highest scorers in tournament. It will be a great clash for sure, we can't advance teams to finals before the games are played. It could be Italy - Denmark or Spain - Denmark as well. I would prefer Spain - Denmark much more than other possibilities though, as I support these two teams in the tournament.

England has played 5 matches. They did not concede a goal, on the other hand, they scored 6 goals. From such outstanding performances, we can easily guess how stable the team is. Defend and forward are equally strong. Winning against such a team will not be easy. Denmark should play defensively and draw the match. If they can take the match to a penalty shootout then both teams will have an equal chance to win the match. But I hope England will beat Denmark 2-1.

The rest of this match will be held at Wembley and of course it will be very good for England who will play against Denmark, I personally feel if the match is not at Wembley maybe Denmark will win. But yes, because England will be playing at home then of course England have a better chance of winning the match and qualifying for the final it looks like it will be against Italy.

Yeah I actually thought that they were going to play a couple of games or something at Wembley only but it does kind of feel really really unfair to play so many games with obvious home advantage, right? I mean, sure, it's not everything and fans sometimes make a lot of pressure for the home team but in this case, England fans are right behind them and they're quite aggressive towards the opponent:)

One thing is clear. England would have preferred Denmark as their semi-final opponent, out of the three other teams that had qualified (Denmark, Italy and Spain). And now coming to Denmark, their performance so far in the tournament has been unpredictable. In the first match, they went down against Finland. Then they managed a credible outing against Belgium, and after that they thrashed Russia and Wales. But then their performance during the PQF match against Czech Republic was very much average. On the other hand, England has maintained their momentum, since the start of the tournament.

France, Belgium and Germany have lost this tournament from here we know anything can happen even though the chance is only 1% meaning they still have a chance to win. Netherlands defeated by Czech after a red card in the 55th minute then in the 68th and 80th minutes czech ensure the win

Of course England will qualify in this match because as you say of the Denmark not being consistent throughout the tournament.Not only because of that but also because England has a much better quality squad compared to Denmark.The real match which will be very difficult is Italy vs Spain as both these teams are strong enough with Italy showing better progress throughout the tournament.
