Lot of surprises in the tournament and the highly rated teams were to careless. They struggle with team sselection, dressing room fight and pride. After Germany Vs England, new favourite for the cup might arise, if Germany lost, there will no better chance for England again to win the trophy with their present crop of players.

I hope that tomorrow game between England and Germany gets te half of tge excitement as today.
Yeah I think that Germany is back as a strong candidate they always find it a hard at Group stages and most of the time they struggle but if they reach elimination stages their machines starts firing.
As for Today it was very entertaining day for football two fantasy matches, many goals, fun moments and completely unexpected endings, France outside the Euro in the biggest surprise ever so far as they were the number1 candidates to win it and they didn't get eliminated against any of their biggest rivals despite losing I think Paul Pogba was very creative going forward if someone told me he was the best player in the tournament, I wouldn't argue with him. He has unnatural touch and skill, he is giving his best time, but I am happy for Xhaka, a player who gives everything for his country.
Great match action, excellent passing, great vision, driving from behind, because every game from defense to attack reaches its owner, as if it is closer to the sniper coach who never misses his goal.

France wasnt at its best in the first half,in the second half they turned it around pretty fast and leaded 3-1 and i think someone shuted off the lights for France and 2 fast goals for Switzerland out of nowhere.They went to penalty shootout and won.Who would have guess it that France would be out of the competition

France is OUT of the Euros as Kylian Mbappe's shot was saved by switzerland (christ I even predicted that happening, wish sportsbooks had a market for that kind of thing  ), the penalty score was 4 - 5 before he went to take the shot. A well-fought out game by both sides and Switzerland deserves their place in the quarter finals. It must be pretty embarrassing for France right now, being the world champions and their star striker misses the penalty.

I wonder how many 1x2 bets were screwed by the draw.

LOL thank you to remind me that. I had placed a bet on Switzerland to qualify on one sportsbook but on another sportsbook I bet on the 1x2 market   Fortunately the biggest bet was on the Switzerland to qualify market but I have lost a bet while betting on the Switzerland victory at the end.
Besides that Mbappe didn't miss his penalty, if the goalkeeper hadn't chosen the good side, MBappe would have scored. He had just bad luck.

Quite an entertaining and exciting match nobody gave the Swiss team a chance of beating the French team even BBC soccer pundits predicted that star-studded France to win the match, kudos to the Swiss team who played like a team and much credit to Xhaka who gave the final pass that lead to their equalizer, and Pogba for scoring one of the goal of the tournament, while Mbappe penalty missing his penalty kick and also several attempts was very unlucky, unfortunately the world cup defending are out of the competition now going home having been tipped as one of the finalist

As usual I'm happy with Spain's possession, especially they made 23 attempts I think they deserved to win. First I thought it would be 90 minutes because up to 75 minutes they won 3-1. But croatia did not give up they were able to make 2 goals in 15 minutes. Thrilling match lucky they were able to make 2 goals in overtime. The next opponent is Switzerland they just beat France which is the first seed in this year's Euro. It seems that many unseeded teams advance to the top eight.

Mbappe was unable to score a single goal in this tournament even with a penalty shot. The rude and arrogant attitude, conflict with Giroud before the Euro seems to affect him so much.

Switzerland have amazing return with two late goals to equalize. I believed they would collapse and give up after the goal from Pogba but they kept fighting so hard. Fair enough to say both two goalkeepers have a very impressive match.

There is not a single part of the game in which Croatia can try and threaten (like for example dead balls), Spain is better in everything. It will literally take a miracle to go through today.

Sergio Ramos will do that in all kinds of ways to stoped him even though for a yellow card.

It's anything but an epic game and Croatia vs Spain did not disappoint either! Kylian Mbappe knocked his country out with a missed penalty as he not in his real structure. So sad for him, this guy didn't even score a single goal in this competition. Switzerland knock out France. To be sure most engaging night in football.

Netherlands and France very underestimated their opponents especially France. With their ability, France should control the match and don't give Switzerland any chance to come back. They are too arrogant and they have to pay for it, with a draw in 120 minutes and a loss on penalty shots.

Sweden and Ukraine are like Denmark and Wales. Two of them will go next to quarter final, Denmark first and I bet for Sweden.

England vs Germany, I would choose Germany because England don't have good matches in Group stage. I know and the Round 16 matches so far show matches in group phases don't mean too much. However, it seems England have their internal problems and they are similar to France in the tournament. Internal problems prevent them to show their best power.

Germany have good and bad matches in group phase but at least they have good team working and it is important for knock-out phase.

What team to win between Italy and Belgium will have big opportunity to win this Euro.

The pressure is huge! Mbappe missed the penalty, but that happens, he is not a bad player because of that... but the news just pumps their headlines!
We had a crazy day yesterday, with a lot of goals in both games! In one moment I thought that Croatians can take the lead and surprise all of us! But what they didn't do, Swiss boys did it! Total surprise and win! Congrats to them, I really didn't expect this to happen!
I guess we can expect a crazy day today as well! Bookies are giving a slight advantage to England and Sweeden judging by the odds, but I don't think they will have a clear passage! It will be tricky, and for the teams and for us bettors!
