Craig isn't proving anything. He's trying to confuse brainlets like you by using more of his technobabble. Satoshi (I) never posted on Bitcointalk. There were no posts made by Satoshi after Dec 12, 2010. His profile was last active on Dec 13, 2010. Mentioning bitcointalk.org isn't even relevant to the point he's trying to make, since the domain wasn't created until 2011: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3There is nothing stopping the current administrators of Bitcointalk from posting as satoshi, which would prove nothing, because it isn’t my account and it never was. Both Satoshi's current bitcointalk.org page and the bitcoin.org/smf Web Archive page show that Satoshi made 575 posts. There are no indications that anyone made posts from the Satoshi account, besides Satoshi himself: https://web.archive.org/web/20101221234913/http://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3 / https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3;sa=showPostsYou see, when you control the database, you can edit what other people have said. There are a couple of posts that have been changed from the original. Very conveniently Craig doesn't mention which posts have been changed from the original. The bitcoin.org/smf archive is available, so you can see the post Satoshi made before the domain was moved to bitcointalk.org. I'd love to hear which posts have been altered: https://web.archive.org/web/20101221174027/http://bitcointalk.org/looks he is always ahead triggereing the ano & anarchos that works - proven

Plaintiffs filed a response yesterday which adequately sums up the ridiculousness of Craig's court antics. https://www.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.flsd.521536/gov.uscourts.flsd.521536.445.0.pdfTo say that discovery in this case has been challenging would be a dramatic understatement. An adversary who submits false declarations, offers contradictory perjurious testimony under oath, and submits false documents that even his own counsel are forced to disavow, severely hinders the ability to seek the truth. Defendant’s sweeping and vague assertions of attorney-client, work-product and joint defense privileges were the latest gambit by Dr. Wright that required judicial intervention to force him to comply with his most basic discovery obligations. Basically, the rest of the document is contesting Craig's assertion that he not have to produce discovery documents due to "attorney-client privilege"; the attorney being the mysterious bonded courier, Dennis "I am lawyer" Mayaka, who delivered to Craig a list of bitcoin addresses rather than the promised Shamir scheme key slices (and may not actually be a lawyer). Let's see, coming to Craig's defense so far in this thread we have 3 trolls and then Eric Hyena, who insists that because he is so rich and smart we should just take his word for it that Craig is Satoshi (Eric also founded a website, don't ya know). I want to know: is there anyone out there that, given everything that has transpired in the history of exposing Faketoshi up to now, actually believes Craig is Satoshi? If so, why? I am specifically asking those who have yet to speak up. No need to hear from the usual trolls - we already know what you think - let's hear from someone new. I promise no harm will come to your reputation score for voicing your opinions in this thread, and if anybody negative trusts you over your response here, I will counter their negative with a positive, and consider excluding them from my trust network. I just want to hear from anybody else on the matter. Maybe there's some point of view we have yet to consider, or some other information not yet brought to light. Let's hear it.

all technical stuff aside (that is way above the very limited brain power i have left) i knew he wasent as soon as i saw his blog byline: Creator of Bitcoin – Satoshi Nakamoto. Lawyer, banker, economist, pastor, coder, investor, mathematician, stats & world curious. https://craigwright.net/bold and italics are mine. satoshi was not any of those things, he built something completely outside of that system. on a personal note, thats neither here nor there, what really sticks in my craw is his claim he is a pastor. as one who has a deep faith, i find that he calls himself a pastor laughable and insulting. EDIT: btw he seems to have toned his blurb down a bit, it used to be longer and more grandiose. gonna try to find a copy on the wayback or something. revisionist history and all that.

I think we all know that he's a fraud by this point only those bag holders are the one's claiming he's satoshi's we all know he's not satoshi and will never move a single of the satoshi coin's.
I wish the forum would ban any talk of him and his scam coin at the end of the day none of what this fraud stands for even remotely falls into line with the way satoshi conducted himself or the values that he made public and the bitcoin system.
While this guy is allowed to push his fraudulent coin and narrative it can only have a negative impact on the community while we should be focused on what bitcoin is doing we're spending time and energy to deal with this fraud of a man when we should and could be using this energy to push Bitcoin further.
While it's important we protect people from the lies and fraud coin we really need to shift the energy back to bitcoin and push it to new heights the world situation right now is what bitcoin was created for we are about to see the most unstable time in our lives with the banking industry if bitcoin ever had it's time to shine it's right now let's not waste our time, effort's or energy on this faketoshi any longer there are much bigger fish to fry at this time.
I hope your all staying safe at this time and stacking stats.
Forget the fraud...Long live the King...

In the UK the term "lawyer" is not protected. Anyone can technically use that term. In the UK - Solicitor and barrister are protected titles under law and only people that are registered legal practitioners are allowed to use those terms. Banker is meaningless. But "Chartered banker" is a protected profession in the UK. It may be an offence to use that term if you are not a member of the Institute of Financial Services or Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland. https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/regprof/index.cfm?action=profession&id_profession=5130&from=regprof&id_regprof=3621Anyone can be a pastor. All religious faith requires one maintain an intellectually dishonest mindset, so for Craig Wright to also be dishonest in his words and deeds is merely an extension of that position. That the religious proclaim their piety to be evidence of their integrity is what is truly laughable and insulting. Never heard of 'lying for Jesus'? Hell, the Christian Taliban in the US have turned the falsification of America's history into an entire industry, as detailed in the excellent book by Chris Rodda: Liars for Jesus. Back on topic, I think his ultimate aim at this point is to fudge his way through this court case, relying on perjury, forgery and the simple fact that he knows full well that none of the lawyers, on either side, want to kill this cash cow by pursuing the evidence through to the actual truth, that he is not Satoshi Nakamoto. The best result he could get is that he loses the case but the court accepts whatever excuse he's going to inevitably roll out for why he will never be able to access the 'Satoshi Stash' and ultimately awards Ira an affordable amount, low enough for Calvin to comfortably write it off, allowing for Craig and Calvin to claim the outcome proves that Craig is Satoshi.

Of course, the overwhelming majority of civil cases result in some kind of settlement, and surely Craig's backing out of one of those earlier settlement agreements (wasn't it entered into in fall 2019, but backed out a few months later?) is going to cause more difficulties to settle, but surely not impossible and likely the goal of all sides, maybe including the judge does not want to turn some of the civil matters into criminal matters with the level of outright lying and deception of Craig's folks which may be tolerated more for both defendants and in civil matters, but surely he has been pushing limits with his ongoing bullshit and seemingly outrageous abuse of the system.

1) Self-Custody is a right. There is no such thing as "non-custodial" or "un-hosted." 2) ESG, KYC & AML are attack-vectors on Bitcoin to be avoided or minimized. 3) How much alt (shit)coin diversification is necessary? if you are into Bitcoin, then 0%......if you cannot control your gambling, then perhaps limit your alt(shit)coin exposure to less than 10% of your bitcoin size...Put BTC here: bc1q49wt0ddnj07wzzp6z7affw9ven7fztyhevqu9k

In civil cases judges are often reluctant to apply criminal sanctions. It is more likely that civil sanctions are applied. According to the O'Hagan version of events - CSW fled Australia. Kleimans lawyer stated in one of the court documents that the Australian authorities had made contact with him. A detrimental outcome for him is inevitable. Whatever the outcome - any penalties will always be interpreted by his groupies as confirmation that he is being persecuted for being Satoshi

thanks for the clarification on banker and lawyer, did not know they were not "protected" terms so to speak. as for pastor ("teacher" in my book) yes i know anyone can be one on paper. my hero, bruce campbell (evil dead fame) is one. they (csw and bc) seem to apply it differently though for example. but i dont wish for this to detract from wrights greater lies so ill stop here on this point.

Craig's latest blog post, claiming that Satoshi never posted on Bitcointalk because the domain wasn't registered until 2011: hxxps://craigwright.net/blog/bitcoin-blockchain-tech/satoshi-never-posted-on-bitcointalk/ The obvious truth is that the forum was originally hosted on bitcoin.org and was moved to the Bitcointalk.org domain in 2011. Here is an archive link from 2009 to the original forum: https://web.archive.org/web/20091215005450/http://bitcointalk.org/The archive link shows post made Satoshi, which again shows how terrible Craig is at fabricating this nonsense. "Just wow! Beyond the pale. Not even an April fools joke ... more lies by CSW, that will be easily debunked ..."- https://twitter.com/BitcoinFX_BTC/status/1245110710012706817... "Excerpt from CSW's blog post ... 100% lie ...
"What people are failing to understand is that Bitcointalk was only registered in mid-2011: https://whois.com/whois/bitcointalk.org."

- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5.0"- https://twitter.com/BitcoinFX_BTC/status/1245121949698793479... "Exactly.
Plus the most damning evidence against Craig's claim here can include any (used or mined to) BTC addresses posted by early users of http://BitcoinTalk.org prior to the 2011 date.
These addresses have timestamps of transactions in the BTC, BCH and BSV blockchains ..."- https://twitter.com/BitcoinFX_BTC/status/1245293506396073985... "Again, partly what I'm demonstrating by signing and verifying messages from my own 'old' BTC wallet addresses here:

No problem whatsoever in signing 'old' wallets with new code and/or updated software releases.
Craig Wright has signed nothing valid."- https://twitter.com/BitcoinFX_BTC/status/1245833193871343621... "So, to Craig, Calvin and the BSV lot ...
This is how identity works in Bitcoin !
Not your lies, hearsay, fabrications or falsehoods ...
Hard cryptographic proof linked to historical evidence trails !

It is quite hard to believe at this stage that Jimmy Nguyen does not know that they are trying to serve him. Calvin Ayre has commented on the post and it would be hard to believe that he would not pass on such a message unless he was deliberately not telling him. While there probably will be no legal consequences for dodging being served - it could be construed as showing contempt to the court process. I believe Jimmy Nguyen was a US lawyer. Showing disregard for the court process may make it more difficult to be re-admitted to the bar in future. (Just an observation)

Since the great doctor lied to me directly about being satoshi..I figured I'd post this here from another thread.. I listened to Fluffy Pony on the Bad Bitcoin podcast a few days ago and he made a good point I had not considered ( foolishly). He’s so deep in to his web of lies, lies that people have put their faith and money in to believing he’s actually Satoshi , that if he finally fessed up he’d lose all that income /potential income and every particle of his reputation. As I’ve stated before.. it became very obvious to me when he told me he built smart contracts in to the chain from day 1, a direct contradiction to satoshi himself in this thread ( https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=750.msg8140#msg8140)... Though Satoshi does not mention smart contracts by name., Nick Szabo stated to me that’s exactly what he believes Satoshi ( or maybe himself) was referring to.

Absolutely. Here is a partial list of public figures that have called out Craig Wright's Faketoshi scam: Changpeng Zhao - Binance CEO Peter McCormack - podcaster Greg Maxwell - Bitcoin developer Amaury Sechet - Bitcoin Cash developer Andrew O'Hagan - journalist, author Arthur van Pelt - Bitcoin entrepreneur Jameson Lopp - Bitcoin engineer Dan Kaminsky - computer systems security expert Vitalik Buterin - Ethereum developer and creator Trace Mayer - Bitcoin developer Charlie Lee - Litecoin developer and creator Zooko Wilcox-O'Hearn - Zcash developer and creator Peter Todd - Bitcoin developer Roger Ver - Bitcoin Cash figurehead Here are the public figures that still believe Craig is Satoshi: Calvin Ayre Jimmy Nguyen John McAfee Feel free to let me know anybody (of significance) I may have missed. I'm sure there are some, at least for the first list.
